I have never seen that mentioned and no indication of that in the texts ?

The texts indicate that Dylan was planning on spending at least one night with his friends. If he's sleeping over, he'd take his backpack with all his stuff, no?

but...what if they were unscrupulous 'acquaintances'...that maybe dad didn't 'realize' he was on their radar, came by for some unusual reason, not caring whether dad was there or not, and an opportunity arose, or they 'knew' there was an opportunity...and Dylan would have no clue they were friend or foe

6:00 is where MR says that they had discussed Dylan spending Monday/Tuesday with his friends - I'm assuming he'd sleep over.

Dylan's friends have never indicated that MR was lying.

We didn't see the afternoon texts that started at noon that Sunday of them planning their get-together. They could have talked about Dylan staying overnight then.

When I listened to what MR said, it was unclear whether Dylan was planning or wanting to stay overnight on Monday.

I guess all we do is is make our best guess at it, or try out theories both ways.

It is a strange one as i can not imagine going to court and getting visitation rights and then saying " go off and be with your friends for the first potion of this trip" when Dylan was there about 6 days i assume .

They didn't discuss anything else; you are right in that there's nothing in the texts about a sleepover, but there's also nothing in the texts about what their plans were for Monday, and I'm sure they both knew what they were going to do, whether it was playing video games or going fishing. No need to state what is already known.

But it was not known as Dylan should of visited that night and Monday was new plans . It was not planned hence Dylan making plans .

We know he was planning on spending some time with friends. ER said so. As far as sleepovers I think dad said that. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Sadly I agree. But she has to try!

If I were her I would apologize, cry, beg and plead with MR to talk to her. And if he doesn't IMO he is a coward and a complete failure to Dylan as a father. IMO he needs to put all differences aside and step up to the plate for his son whom he claims to love so much. Not for his ex wife - FOR HIS SON!

ITA and MR's ongoing silence, laying low, and refusal to take a second poly are getting on my last nerve. It does not bode well, IMO. I'm not impressed by his approach at all. This behavior seems selfish and immature at best, and extremely suspicious at worst. :banghead:

If that did happen then it still does not explain away Dylan taking most of his items with him that day. He has no reason to carry around all his items on him.
