The police sent out a press release on January 5th. They answered reporter inquiries that week. They've communicated regularly, giving updates on the case since the beginning.
Dylan has been gone close to 2 months.
I don't think we have had a word from LE this year.
And the saddest is that there are 11 members on the page and 7 guests (I know we have discussed every aspect of this case inside out).
My heart breaks for Dylan.
Of everything we know about the case, how much did we find out from Christmas to today?

I believe we'd need to refer to the press release referred to in the above post for the most recent information as of 1-5-2013.
I'm having trouble locating the 1/5/13 press release. Can either provide a link? Thanks so much!!
I guess my point is not coming across. I think Elaine was telling the truth when she talked to the producers.

News Release: Investigation Continues for Dylan Redwine
Date: Saturday 1-5-12 10:00 AM MST
Source: Dan Bender, LPCSO PIO Desk: 970-382-7026 [email protected] Cell:
970-759-5549
The Dylan Redwine Task Force is continuing its investigation into the disappearance of 13 year
old Dylan Redwine. Dylan was reported missing by his father, Mark Redwine on November 19th,
less than a day after arriving in La Plata County for a court ordered visitation over the
Thanksgiving holiday.
The number of tips from the public coming into La Plata County Sheriffs Office, have dropped
from several dozen per day to an average of 2 to 3 per day. However, all LPCSO Investigators are
still assigned to the case as well as working other criminal cases. Investigators continue to make
follow up contacts by phone and in person.
As tips and other information become available, some are assigned to other Task Force members
which include investigators from Durango Police Department, Bayfield Marshals Office,
Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The reward for information leading to finding Dylan is now approximately $20,000.00. That
includes rewards through Crime Stoppers, the FBI, and donations from private citizens and
groups.
Some evidence sent to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation has been processed and returned to
La Plata County Sheriffs Office. Information regarding that evidence will not be released since
the investigation remains active.
Family members continue to cooperate with investigators.
End Narrative DLB
Hi everyone! Hope you are all wellI haven't had time to catch up on the thread since going in to hospital. After an 11 hour labour My baby girl ANAYA LEA arrived on the 15/01/13 at 1:34pm weighing 4.4kg so 9lb 7oz. We are both doing well and the birth went great. She is a total boofa with the chubbiest cheeks but man she is adorable! I am so in love :heartluv:

Maybe you should try reading Facebook pages...
I believe we are permitted to look at the "official" FMDR one and paraphrase, but not any others....
Thanks, Cheese.
I just checked this against the article/link I quoted above and it is verbatim.
You know what. I haven't seen that one. If you can provide a link to that press release I would love to read it.
TIA
We don't know exactly what she told producers. NG says ER told the producers something, but ER backtracked even from that when she later stated that the poly result was 'inconsistent.' So perhaps she lied to the producers but then told the truth on the show.
I'll reiterate: telling the truth makes it a lot easier to keep your story straight.
