Nothing new in the press release. It's just depressing. 2-3 tips a day...LE on Dylan task force working on other cases. So, it doesn't look like we have learned anything new since Christmas. Or maybe earlier.

Not quite verbatim, but the article and link I've posted several times that I'd done a comparison on to the release I received from Bender is exact.

Thank you so much for posting the release. I don't see on the Sheriff's web page where they have a link for releases, so they must only be sent out to Media sources.

I see they have an "email contact form" but not sure if it would be appropriate to ask for releases....

When MR says questionable stuff, people give him a pass by saying he was probably in shock, he was grieving, missing his son. So does ER get that same benefit of the doubt?

It has nothing whatsoever to do with giving anybody a free pass. My whole point was, she did not have to say anything. All she would have had to do is say "I can't comment on that."

Call it whatever you want to, bullied, pressured, backed into a corner, forced, bribed, however you want to put it. Her answers were still inconsistent, and nobody else is responsible for her words but herself.

Well I guess I was inappropriate because I used that very form to ask for press releases, and I'm not media. I got a very nice long email from Bender in response.

I always email and ask for press releases on the cases I follow, and I've always been sent them. I tell them up front I'm not media, that I just have an interest in missing person cases, and that I've become interested in their case, and would appreciate if they could add me to their list when they do press releases, and I thank them for their work on the case.

This was the first time I got such a long email in reply though lol. It was very sweet of him I thought. I really appreciated it.

O/T Here .......... Has anyone seen a film new to dvd called CHAINED? I have to warn you it is graphic, but if you understand the Lynch family of directors,it's not a surprise. For those who follow missing/kidnapped persons stories, its' truly fascinating. But again, dont' say I didn't warn you , some parts are hard to watch. ( not sexual grotesqueness though)

Thanks cheese was about to post this. Hmmmm I don't know what to think of this. Does this guy know something? It's eerie that he keeps saying this wasn't supposed to go this far. The immunity is strange too. I honestly have no idea what to think. Does someone still have him? I would hope yes. But why? This leads me to think someone was to take Dylan, probably to scare ER and then after let him go? But they didn't do that.

A part of me wants to listen to this guy, more so because the admin is allowing his posts and is in on the plea to email her. I think because she is promoting this I want to say he is in fact a retired LE. He is also from co springs, so maybe he knows ER? Co springs is a big town though. JMO MOO IMO

If LE thought this was the case they would be speaking out, not this guy. I'd like to believe any scenario that has Dylan alive. This just makes no sense to me. He could be trying to deflect attention away from a possible person of interest. MOO
