So excited to see a new tip! This could be what breaks the case either way! I have seen these turn out to be nothing and I have also seen tips like these break the entire case-praying for the last one obviously!

Are the rental houses/properties empty? I wonder? And/or searched?

Only the ones (owners/property managers) that gave permission. Others ... nope. Have to have "reasonable cause" for a SW to enter. Didn't happen, IMO

Well, if there are houses sitting empty that have not been searched, let's hope Dylan was not left inside one of them.

Not much to say otherwise, unless they happen to locate this possible witness. But why he would have seen more than the locals working outside, etc. is kind of strange to me. No one else seems to have seen Dylan at all.

The house for sale is across from MR house with the arrow pointing down the street...... Correct.

^^^^^ is just ONE place to look for rentals.
My dad's family has owned a home there since before I was born. My dad DOES rent out the home when the "family" isn't using the property.

Vallecito is a special place to me. I grew up there (summers). My kids grew up there. My entire family has loved and protected that area ... forever. One reason I went there to search for a wonderful young man named Dylan.

No need to pardon. The SIGN is/was across the street, but the property is down aways.

WHO ... pooped all over the postal worker who ID Dylan on Nov. 19th? Was it LE? Things to ponder!

Don't have a clue about that.
BUT in the early days ... nope. Dec. 8th for the search ... nope.
What's transpired since then ... no clue.
I would hope any homeowner would grant entrance. Many/many homeowners live in other states, IMO.

In the uncut interview with channel 9, at the end, MR says that last time Dylan visited they bought a round trip ticket. Does that mean they bought a one way ticket for the Thanksgiving holiday? That seems significant. Why? Who's plan? What were the arrangements to get him back to Colorado Springs?

That looks like so much fun. I think it's cool they did it right in the middle of the street. I've never seen anything like this. Looking at the area is really making me want a vacation.

I don't think we know about Dylan's planned return. If they went to his brother's for the holiday, would that have been close to Colorado Springs? Seems really ridiculous if he did not have a return ticket, as they are really expensive last minute, unless they had a plan to drive and meet up with ER. But I am not really sure if MR meant this ticket was not roundtrip, also there was some question about direct vs. nonstop at one point. He called a flight a nonstop, but I do not think there are any from CS to Durango. Direct means he could stay on the plane if it touched down, which is what I think he was trying to say about that. JMO.
