Does anyone know what the weather is like today? Is there a lot of snow on the ground? She stated that she knows exactly where she will start so this is a good thing. It's going to be grueling work and a lot of area to cover. They can only do so much in a day. Did she say how long they are staying?

ITA. What is there to work on? But that is what MR said.

Thanks for this, and everyone else who weighed in. ITA, the wording is weird which is why I'd like to know if he ever told us exactly what he said to Dylan that morning. MR's interpretation may not be the same as Dylan's interpretation, kwim? Just to illustrate, consider the following:

1)"Hey bud, I'm leaving now. I'll be back in a few hours and will take you to your friends when I get back."
2) "I'm heading out. If you're not coming, I guess we'll have to figure out something later."
3)"This is your last chance 'cause I'm heading out the door. If you don't come now, I don't know when it'll be 'cause I don't know when I'm heading back down there."
4)"C'mon. If you're going, let's go. I'm leaving and I don't want to have to come back home and then run your 🤬🤬🤬 back into town, Got it?"

All of these examples, to MR's mind would mean that Dylan would know that he'd be "working on getting him down there." Dylan may not have seen it the same way.

And I just wanted to add that I hope people stay out of their way and let them do their thing! Media included!!

Just a question for everyone...Do you think that Dr. Phil will ask "tough" questions? Will he grill Mark? That seems to be the wish of many on the FB pages. I guess it's up to the producers, and for all we know, they might think Mark isn't involved. Also, I feel like there's a difference between Dr. Phil "confronting" some drug addict who has stolen money from his family and "confronting" the father of a missing child. But, the fact that there will be three people on the "Mark is guilty" side, and no one else on the show besides Mark to proclaim his innocence, makes me think there will be a lot of confrontation on it.

Almost all states impute an income if a person is unemployed or underemployed. They go by what you could be making, not necessarily what you are making.

I agree that almost all states do.

Sole custody generally means you have all the decision making ability, but it does not mean no visitation. (unless something else is going on and was ordered.)

With her there was more going on and it was ordered that there was to be no contact, nothing,

Child support is not an admission ticket to see your child. What that means is, child support does not guarantee you the right to see your child, AND the other way around, even if the parent who is supposed to be paying child support is not, that does not mean you can withhold visitation.

I understand that one. Been there done that. :)

I added the red in response. :) I understand and agree with you.

He never said what it was exactly that he supposedly told Dylan. And even if he did, it'd still be his word only.

There will be a son from a previous marriage on the show, as well as ER and CR.

Mark's other son, Brandon, is going to be on the show. Maybe I am mistaken but I thought it was said that Brandon believes Mark is involved...or at least, I don't think he has defended him.

Thanks. So it's three against one. This should be interesting.

Well, if his two children are against him, why would that be? One can argue than an ex-wife and he had a bad relationship, so she is not to be trusted when it comes to him. But why do you think his own children would be against him? Assuming that they are?

He only has an hour to talk to all of them. Mark isn't there yet....I hope he doesn't come up with an excuse. I think if Dr Phil is well educated about this case before he does the show he will ask tough questions to all of them and especially MR. Dr Phil is not an in-your-face kind of person like NG is. But he also knows BS when he sees it and if he sees it he will definitely call him on it. He will probably offer him a polygraph too. We shall see. Right now I'm not even holding my breath that MR will really show up.

I can see why ER might have scuttled Dylan off. I don't think it is a nonstarter at all, BUT I don't think she did. There was a custody battle going on. ER came out right away and said she felt MR was capable of hurting Dylan. If ER truely felt that way, it makes perfect sense for her to do everything possible to keep Dylan out of harm's way. And who would fault her for that? I sure wouldn't. If I believed that someone would hurt my child, I would do what it takes to protect them (I hope) and not be blindsided by BS.

There was a case several years ago where a mom hid her kids and would not tell the court where they were. She went to jail for awhile, but she didn't give her kids up.

Again, I'm not saying that this happened and I don't think this happened, I'm just saying it is possible. And it does not have to mean anything bad about ER.

Sorry for the slow reply i was having dinner.

I am slightly confused as i thought Elaine had won and she had sole custody of Dylan ? - so it was over and done with i thought.

I assume because they believe he deserves it. I will have a better idea after the show.

Funny, I don't see it as a three against one type of thing. Hopefully it will be a Dr Phil show not a three against one show. Dr Phil will run the show not the three of them. I have never seen Dr Phil not be fair to all of his guests. But he does see through BS quite well. I have no doubt that if he saw BS coming from Cory or Elaine he wouldn't hesitate to call them on it. I don't see that Dr Phil has any personal investment in MR being guilty any more than the three other guests.

I dont think he will grill Mark at all. I think he will let him explain what happend and let Elain ask her questions then he will ask his. Ill bet by the end of the show he asks him to take a poly.

I'm hoping that Brandon will be a voice of reason so it doesn't end up looking like a Jerry Springer show in disguise. MOO

You would assume it would be because he deserves what? You don't think MR's 2 older sons have a brain and can put two and two together for themselves? Obviously Brandon has not been coerced by Elaine. That isn't even her son and it's my understanding that they barely know each other.
