I think there were some recent clues indicating that LE is still looking at MR with some suspicion. They reportedly attended the mediation between ER and MR, and even offered ER some information, upon which she based some of her questions to Mark. Tht is very revealing, imo. JMO :moo:

I know MR said on the radio that LE was at the mediation - but where did the rest of the information come from? How do we know that LE gave ER info to base questions on?

at that mediation IIRC it was agreed that MR would contact LE once a week.

So, I don’t know if you know what she’s talking about, what she’s saying as far as those questions, but based on something that LE told her, she asked you some questions and she feels that you did not respond and she didn’t get the answers that she wanted. Anything like that sound familiar? Would you like to respond to that, please?

Well…I don’t know specifically what she is referring to. I can tell you that part of …um…and it’s not really mediation. It’s more of a conflict resolution and people are taking more of a facilitator role in that but one of the things that was brought up and I think was valuable and it’s not something that I don’t know… it’s not… it’s just something I don’t know how to do very well probably is to ask better questions and…and…get more understanding. If…if I’m not getting an answer that I understand, it’s import to clarify that, and, you know, I would think that the same thing would be true for my former wife,

I mean…you know, I…I talk to them as much as I possibly think is necessary to…to…to do. I don’t talk to them every day, but, you know, one of the agreements that we had in this conflict resolution meeting was to communicate once a week, so, I made it…I marked it on my calendar that one day every week I’m gonna’ touch base with law enforcement. I’m going to let them know anything that I got going on. I’m going to ask them what they might have going on, and if there’s anything that maybe Elaine has going on that can be…um…communicated to me so that we are all on the same page doing the same exact things in the benefit of finding our son.

I think Mark may have taken the high road and not played this the way Dylan's mother has. Law Enforcement has not cleared anyone. Law Enforcement has not named a suspect or person of interest. If Law Enforcement is talking MORE to Dylan's mother or her boyfriend than they are to Mark it could very well be that there is a great deal of interest in that quadrant.

They do not need to. <modsnip> that MR is the last confirmed person with Dylan so therefore he is very much in the frame here :cow:

Hold on. You think that LE was using a woman who doesn't communicate with her son's father to help her shape questions? Forgive me, but that makes no sense to me.

No one has been cleared yet you keep saying that with no link whatsoever except your interpretation of a press release. Provide a link that clearly states that anyone at all has been cleared as well as link from LE that releases poly results.

What would be the point in Elaine kidnapping Dylan , she has custody of him. She also has a brand new job , a new home and is getting married.

So what would she gain?
