I don't recall the husband accusing the wife of failing the lie detector or being the type to hurt their son.

She passed hers.

"MY PROBLEM IS MY EX-WIFE."

and IMO that my friends, is what this all boils down to...jmo.

Lets see how he feels about having to pay her child support for a missing Dylan AND hefty legal fees for his defense at the same time. He thought she was a problem then? I can't wait for the temper tantrums when it's time to write those checks to her. Grrrr

This statement was made when he was asked about ER's appearance on NG - which he didn't even know about until the reporter told him. I think he's frustrated that she keeps going on national news shows and making statements about him, when he's not there to defend himself.

I'm sure NG would love to have him on the show

He must have been pretty angry if he was arrested and charged with all of those charges. Even though they were eventually dropped down to one lesser complaint, he wouldnt even have been arrested, imo, unless he was still being angry and arrogant when the cops came. I think he ended up pleading to loud and disorderly. So imo, he was probably acting kind of out of control.

Since the cops weren't there when he had an argument with the neighbor, they were likely in a position to make an arrest based solely off the neighbor's complaint.

And there are a lot of "imo" in that statement, that's a lot to use to judge a person.

But their son didn't go missing from the wife's house. And she wasn't the last one to see him. Obviously he has the pressure on him to pass the polygraph, much more than anyone else.

Before I go to bed I find it really unsettling that so many people have no idea how to get ahold of someone if their cell phones are dead. Its freaking me out. :seeya:

This may make you feel a little better - I've had 2 piece of crap HTC phones this year that died. Lost every number, message photo I had.

What I did to get everyone's numbers was email them from a computer - yo, phone broke and I need your cell number. And they would send it. Of course I remember, DS, DD all that. But I didn't know my sister's or my mom's cell. Mom's home phone number of course, remember that, but her cell, heck no.

I don't think this sentence is phrased correctly:

maybe "court proceedings occuring almost monthly...." or
"court proceedings occuring in almost every month...."

---> I digress, the takeaway for me there is that's ALOT of court proceedings. No? Is that normal?

I'm wondering now if ER had to move the kids far away to feel safe? She may have been more creeped by him than we have realized. If that's true, she has shown tremendous restraint throughout this whole ordeal.

Maybe just maybe that's because she didn't fail her LDT and she certainly is not responsible for their son being hurt aka "disappeared"..but that's jmo, tho.

Weren't those charges 20 years ago? People do change in 20 years.

I think it was close to 20 years between the first and second menacing charge so apparently not in this instance.

MOO

The lawyer might say it, but a lot of clients don't listen. Wouldn't be the first time, would it?
I don't know of anyone talking when his/her lawyer said not to; what's the point of hiring a lawyer if one doesn't follow the advice? Lawyers can drop clients, too.

The 2nd menacing charge was in 2003. How many people do you know that have been arrested twice for menacing and making physical threats ?

No idea, I don't ask my friends or acquaintances if they have ever been arrested.

Every time I change phones I go on Facebook and ask everyone to text me. It never fails that half of the people send a text that just says hello so I have no freaking clue who they are.

For some odd reason he has two. One "friended" the other. Odd to me.

One has several "fake" friends as well. They have no profile pic and have only one friend, DR. Zac Morris from Saved By the Bell, etc. The younger DR account.

MR is the one who says he got himself a lawyer. We can speculate on what lawyer told him to do or not to do, but he says he got himself a lawyer. So we don't have to speculate about that.

I'm guessing the boys were there to see this, along with the neighbor kids. And I'm beginning to understand the remarks made by Cory in sweet protectiveness of his little brother who was ORDERED to be in a position he may have been VERY uncomfortable with. It's starting to all come together. Bless Elaine.

Because she didn't and she isn't? Mystery solved.
