I don't recall the husband accusing the wife of failing the lie detector or being the type to hurt their son.
She passed hers.

"MY PROBLEM IS MY EX-WIFE."
and IMO that my friends, is what this all boils down to...jmo.
Was Dylan on Facebook? I can't remember. tia
This statement was made when he was asked about ER's appearance on NG - which he didn't even know about until the reporter told him. I think he's frustrated that she keeps going on national news shows and making statements about him, when he's not there to defend himself.
He must have been pretty angry if he was arrested and charged with all of those charges. Even though they were eventually dropped down to one lesser complaint, he wouldnt even have been arrested, imo, unless he was still being angry and arrogant when the cops came. I think he ended up pleading to loud and disorderly. So imo, he was probably acting kind of out of control.

Before I go to bed I find it really unsettling that so many people have no idea how to get ahold of someone if their cell phones are dead. Its freaking me out. :seeya:
I don't think this sentence is phrased correctly:
maybe "court proceedings occuring almost monthly...." or
"court proceedings occuring in almost every month...."
---> I digress, the takeaway for me there is that's ALOT of court proceedings. No? Is that normal?
What does this mean?...
They have had a protracted divorce with court proceedings occurring in almost monthly since 2005.

Weren't those charges 20 years ago? People do change in 20 years.
I don't know of anyone talking when his/her lawyer said not to; what's the point of hiring a lawyer if one doesn't follow the advice? Lawyers can drop clients, too.The lawyer might say it, but a lot of clients don't listen. Wouldn't be the first time, would it?
The 2nd menacing charge was in 2003. How many people do you know that have been arrested twice for menacing and making physical threats ?
This may make you feel a little better - I've had 2 piece of crap HTC phones this year that died. Lost every number, message photo I had.
What I did to get everyone's numbers was email them from a computer - yo, phone broke and I need your cell number. And they would send it. Of course I remember, DS, DD all that. But I didn't know my sister's or my mom's cell. Mom's home phone number of course, remember that, but her cell, heck no.
For some odd reason he has two. One "friended" the other. Odd to me.

Since the cops weren't there when he had an argument with the neighbor, they were likely in a position to make an arrest based solely off the neighbor's complaint.
And there are a lot of "imo" in that statement, that's a lot to use to judge a person.
