I might have dreamed this, but I seem to have a vague memory of the defence having hinted that Dr Lewis was going to talk about a head injury LS had suffered. Or I might be mixing it up with something I've read about Dr Lewis frequently bringing head injuries into the equation as causative of DID.
I wonder......if its LainaMonday is (the State's) final witness, didn't say the name, and it'll probably or maybe be the whole day, but we'll know more by lunchtime that day. Judge is discussing future Closing Arguments, Jury deliberations, the families of the victim, etc., and how to manage crowd control. Discussion Done! Court will be in Recess for the Weekend.

These were good questions. And she gave good solid answers.
And these questions are showing us their thinking process mooEspecially the last one!.
Yes, that last question is very strong. The witneses answers are solid and to the point. Even after the defense question her, she is still strong in her answers.Question 1. Asking about using I pronouns for something another personality did. Witness says 'i don't think so'.
Question 2. Asking about the clock test. Why would the same test be given. She says that they were give two years apart. Also talks about how the clock test wasn't the only test given multiple times. Hoe there is benefit because thing might have changed over time.
Question 3. If you believe everything the defendant said in her story, would you diagnose her with DID? Witness says not. That the stories LS gave implied a level of control inconsistent with the diagnosis.
Defense still tried to shoehorn Maria in there. Nice try, but no doughnut.
Jury get the long instruction.
I just saw you have the same question. Defense doesn’t seem to have much confidence in their defense. Perhaps Maria should take over…So, I have a question. Since Mr Tolini so helpfully suggested that Dr's Torres and Gray (flashbacks to when Greys anatomy was still one of the best shows on TV!) didn't spend anywhere near enough time with the evil one to be able to identify DID, as it takes between *however many years they said because I wasn't listening*, how is he then expecting the jury to believe Dr Lewis correctly diagnosed it over the two days she spent interviewing LS?, didn't he just poke holes all through his own defence strategy or am I missing something?.
AS testified driving to AK alone with his two children -- a memory he'll never forget. I don't doubt LS and HH's visits to AK were by air transportation.I wonder how they got to and from Alaska? I guess not driving!

Yes shared with her motherIs Laina with Al?
Did they say only 1 more witness? I agree about Laina, but @Megnut mentioned LH. I’d like to hear from both. LS opened the door to Laina by saying on tape that Laina helped carry Gannon’s body.I wonder......if its Laina
Or it could be also a video of Laina being interviewed.Did they say only 1 more witness? I agree about Laina, but @Megnut mentioned LH. I’d like to hear from both. LS opened the door to Laina by saying on tape that Laina helped carry Gannon’s body.
I realize it will be difficult and traumatic for young L to testify. But it will be powerful and impactful, and I think the jury needs to hear from her.
