Thank you.
This is updated?
I wonder why Mel's showed different?

I’m sure the list he has is the same one we’ve seen here.
But, if he’s watching the trial every day, he would know that the Defense have told the Judge and the Prosecution that they are only calling Dr Lewis and one other witness.
To say otherwise is speculation.

LS actually got mad at her supervisor for asking fairly understandable questions about the (fake) excuse of LS's stepfather dying (the excuse she made for not going to work).

  • #666
Obviously her head is back down with hair covering her face as they are repeating all of her lies/lying texts

I’m pretty sure she expected Al to call right away. She’s probably thinking he might even come home. If I heard right, he didn’t call immediately. He only texted later. She was pissed.

Jan. 27th - 8:14 LS sends a pic of Gannon in bed to Albert then again 4 minutes later

4 minutes later sends another picture

Then right after that LS sends Al a text about Gannon meeting a new friend, and the "bath salts" being mentioned.

At 10:12 they leave the house. (Petco)

I disagree. It is inappropriate in the last week of a trial. A confident expert witness, the only one (we know of) who is backing Letecias DID claim, this close to deliberations, can influence jurors. Defence know what they’re doing.

It’s unprofessional, imo. We’ll see what prosecution think when they get chance to review it.

So it's the timing? If it had happened last week or the week before it would have been fine? I'm confused by that notion.

Of course, any witness, expert or not, for either side, can influence jurors. That's why they are called and why extensive trial prep is usually done with witnesses. Many of the hypothetical "last state's witness" scenarios put forth here in the last few days (e.g., calling Landen or the little sister) were predicated on the idea of influencing the jury too.

We'll see what shakes out.

It makes me feel sad in my heart that Gannon seems to constantly have his switch taken off him, mostly because of that cretins lies

Understood.
I did see the defense witness list through the court.

It shows the same number of people, 11 or 12.

I have heard the defense say that they will likely be calling only 2, but who knows?

They are trying to test the court with this doctor, so....

I've lost sound, and there were some glitches with the cameras, anyone else having problems?
EDIT: I closed the stream and reopened and it fixed it, in case anyone else had the same issue.

Quick disconnection and then when reconnected a really fast glimpse of the jury. No audio yet.

Audio is back.

Audio is gone on the RecoveryAddict channel. Right when they're getting to what I guess is the Petco visits.

I'm more confused than I was before re: overall timeline.

Edit: audio is back

Yes. LS has been contriving this DID excuse for years now and over the past week, she got to sit and listen to experts tell her everything she did wrong in faking it and what she would have really been like if she wasn't faking.
She now has all of this new knowledge to use for her super private surprise 3 hour defense expert interview.

I agree.

I think G was either quite ill in the truck so she moved him to the bed of the truck and/or she planned to abandon him somewhere but changed her mind, also relocating him from the back seat to the bed.

Witch.

Exactly!!!!!!

To me, I think it's unacceptable at any time outside the court's previously established time frame for accepting expert witness reports/evidence, etc. These conversations have to be recorded and reported.
