I’m sure the list he has is the same one we’ve seen here.Thank you.

I wonder why Mel's showed different?

BBMI disagree. It is inappropriate in the last week of a trial. A confident expert witness, the only one (we know of) who is backing Letecias DID claim, this close to deliberations, can influence jurors. Defence know what they’re doing.
It’s unprofessional, imo. We’ll see what prosecution think when they get chance to review it.
Understood.I’m sure the list he has is the same one we’ve seen here.
But, if he’s watching the trial every day, he would know that the Defense have told the Judge and the Prosecution that they are only calling Dr Lewis and one other witness.
To say otherwise is speculation.

Yes. LS has been contriving this DID excuse for years now and over the past week, she got to sit and listen to experts tell her everything she did wrong in faking it and what she would have really been like if she wasn't faking.BBM
So it's the timing? If it had happened last week or the week before it would have been fine? I'm confused by that notion.
Of course, any witness, expert or not, for either side, can influence jurors. That's why they are called and why extensive trial prep is usually done with witnesses. Many of the hypothetical "last state's witness" scenarios put forth here in the last few days (e.g., calling Landen or the little sister) were predicated on the idea of influencing the jury too.
We'll see what shakes out.

Exactly!!!!!!I agree.
I think G was either quite ill in the truck so she moved him to the bed of the truck and/or she planned to abandon him somewhere but changed her mind, also relocating him from the back seat to the bed.
Witch.

To me, I think it's unacceptable at any time outside the court's previously established time frame for accepting expert witness reports/evidence, etc. These conversations have to be recorded and reported.BBM
