They used the burner phones which have phone numbers - I think it is possible they might be able to get that data but I don't know for sure. JMO.

Yet even burner phones use one of the big four Tower Services. If they do Tower dumps for specific days, they could cross reference. And if they just knew one of those burner phones cell phones numbers, they could backtrack. Unless of course, they both got burner phones on the same day, and dispose of the burner phones that they had on the same day. And they would not be able to Hopscotch back. This is going to be an interesting one.

You really have to admire the LE who are searching at the landfill. Don’t know if many of you have been to a landfill but the stench is horrible. To think they would be there all day, day after day is just beyond duty. I pray for Kelsey’s family, that the search will find some remains that can be buried so that they will have answers as facts. And facts that didn’t come from KK. There is no doubt she gave LE information but she is such a liar.

For those asking, KK’s statement to investigators about buying the baby clothing and toys, as well as the whole pizza/nap thing, is mentioned here.

“Krystal said she had come out here and she had brought a T-shirt and some little toys for Kaylee.”

After the fire, Slater said Lee told him Frazee told her to take a nap. She told Slater he brought her two slices of pizza and an Ibuprofen because she had a headache.

There seems to have been some confusion concerning Inspector Greg Slater's description of Verizon's tracking of the two phones moving together from Woodland Park toward the area containing the Nash Ranch. He said the phones clearly switched from pinging off the Woodland Park tower to the Cripple Creek tower. Verizon was able to detect them moving southward, in an area west of the Cripple Creek tower. The only paved road the truck could have been traveling at that moment was the route from Divide to Guffey. The turnoff to Nash ranch is off that road. The area of the ranch is a void spot in cellular reception.
Several of the news Tweeters caught part of what Slater was first describing as "moving toward Cripple Creek" from Woodland Park. The highway actually splits at Divide, rather than merely having an exit to the road to Cripple Creek. It is very visibly marked with huge reflective signage making it a major highway landmark. Slater's continuing description made it obvious that the phones continued straight (the right lanes choice of the split), rather than left (the left side lane choices, veering towards Cripple Creek). Acoustics in the courtroom are notoriously bad, and it seems to me like Slater was literally visually retracing driving the route, as he testified (rather than giving map directions). IMO

I can't recall where I saw that, but I don't follow Facebook stuff so it must not have been there it had to have been mainstream Media. Or from another post here.

KK didn't send Kelsey baby clothes, she bought a T-shirt for Baby K and gave it to PF. This was brought out during the prelim. KK told this to the detective.

Sometimes people “cheat” when positioning blindfolds. Perhaps KB was slightly uneasy, and made it so she could peek through or around blindfold. Perhaps in a reflection on the television glass or a picture frame, she saw PF preparing to take the first swing...and she attempted to dodge it. Ie. Perhaps things did not go exactly as PF planned.

I do think the blood being “everywhere” suggests an incredibly horrid scene of chaos.

I hope the jury is heavily impacted by this vision of horror and has zero question about who is responsible.

Many have questioned why he didn’t do this in an “easier” way. He is a man who planned and wanted the mother of his child dead. Why should we expect what he does to make any kind of sense? MOO

So he just walked into Kelsey's with a bat in hand (a man known per KB's friend) to be angry much of the time over something and said here, take off your sweater or get me one and let me blindfold you? Let's play pin the tail on the donkey while somehow I grab a bat? There is much of this I don't buy or at least that needs more explanation at some point. I guess I need to remember these are his alleged words to KK in what sure was a very detailed conversation and either one of them could have been lying for various reasons. It was a brutal scene per KK but PF tried to clean up with baby wipes??

Not saying I know, just that how would anyone know what the truth is? Maybe LE can tell after all of the cleanup that happened but the bat is allegedly burned, the body, etc., how can they be sure what was used or how it happened?

KK won't transport the body but you will take two guns in a car across three states with unregistered tags, neither of which you own and one of which if traced would come back to a missing woman when they tried to locate her?? Then one just happens to have a bullet chambered and another missing? She took the phones and the guns, included Kelsey's, and hers must have been full of incriminating evidence because she destroyed them. She cleaned up the scene, brought cleaning supplies, put herself at the scene, hauled garbage with evidence that tied to the woman, etc., went with to get the body, watched it burn for hours but she refused to take the body? I call b.s. It either (1) would not fit; or (2) this was the plan all along to burn it at ma's and for her to be there.

I feel they are stupid as most do but then one has to wonder if some of this is intentional, this outright mess of details offered, most of which make little sense.

Or, and I hate talking about these types of details and hope the family does not read here, but the bullet was used and put into Kelsey, before, during or after death. The plan was to dump her on the way home to Idaho in a way that would explain the battering and the gun shot, suicide and over a cliff? She has a gun unrelated to her or PF and PF tried to claim KB went to Idaho... She makes a constant point of saying she never saw the body throughout though which I find a bit odd. I read it more than once. Somehow, some way, they realized it would not work perhaps...

I guess for one thing I need to remember other than what can be corroborated most of the story could be false. KB and him up the night before was it until 4? What was he doing when she ran to Walmart for medicine? Who all went target shooting by the way and where? If she and he went, where was the baby? At the ranch? A sitter? My thought there too is it would put gunpowder residue on KB's hands? Part of the plan...? Then by giving KB her gun back, it is also there for their use to make it look as though she killed herself, her gun, she did it...

Just talking out loud and speculating, never seen a case yet that I felt all added up. I hope that baby is never around any of these nutjobs and is kept far away.

Yes. The current boyfriend of the former gf of PF. He said PF cheated on her while she was in the hospital. Then he said “take that as you will”.
In other words, PF has the morals of a snake, IMO.

I remember. I don't know who posted it but somebody had talked with or interviewed this woman's current husband or boyfriend and that is what he said.
