Not the least bit surprising. Trial by Tweet.

As long as Sam doesn’t make a single mistake, we’ll be good :p

In three weeks' time, they're all bound to make a mistake or two.

Do you remember, "Kelsey loves her dog" that should have been "Kelsey loves her God?":oops: MOO

One thing I didn't think of- I hope that the prosecutor asks Ma F about their plans for Thanksgiving. Such as, was Kelsey supposed to come over for dinner with Patrick and the baby? Or did Patrick lie to his mother, saying just him and the baby would be coming?

He told CB that him and Kelsey went to the Cracker Barrel, which was absolute nonsense, as LE would have some kind of evidence as to whether they were there or not, even for breakfast, which they clearly did not go out for that morning after being up half the night the night before. I wonder, too, if he tried to tucker Kelsey out that night so that she wouldn't be suspicious of his candle smelling game.
Yes, I think that PF's actions on Thanksgiving was one of the questions investigators planned on asking her. That, and what SF witnessed on the night of the bonfire.

They will probably want to know if Kelsey had planned on being there for Thanksgiving, (to her knowledge) what time PF arrived, and what time he left again. Imo

Well we’ve already seen what one CORRECTED Tweet led to.

We had a whole new crime scene, despite the evidence provided by the affidavit, the prosecutor, and the context of Slater’s testimony.

Just imagine that on a larger scale.

They need to call his LE brother to the stand.

No, thank you. I don't want to imagine that, lol.

Maybe we can take a page from the teacher's handbook and put all the corrections in red or something...bolded, italicized in large font? :) MOO

LeBro will definitely be called as a witness. He was at the Franch on Thanksgiving Day.

I'm sure DA May has several questions for him.

I have a question. Actually, I raised this question many months ago and it was never really addressed. It's a puzzle to me and it's driving me a bit "batty", pardon the expression. Unless, of course, you all solved it while I was on a mental vacation :)

From the AMAZING Timeline of TippyLynn Part 1, Nov. 24th, bullet 27:

  • Slater: PF and KK drove back to the townhome to get PF’s truck.
When and Why was his truck left at the townhome? Which truck? The red Tacoma, the blue/green one he was driving at time of arrest or the white one, iirc, during the dump run? I do love a good puzzle, but I can't figure this one out.

Would he dare plead the 5th?

Maybe it was after they had brought the body to the barn? Did they meet at the townhouse and leave one of the vehicles there?

That would be one hell of a bad look for a police officer to do that.
So bro...the last time you saw KB did she have her teeth in her head?
Did she usually have all of her teeth ?
Have you ever seen your brother swing a baseball bat?

We're all about to find out whether it's the blue blood or the red blood that runs thicker through SF2's veins.

Decision Time.

I have to admit, what a horrible predicament he's in. If he tells the truth, his family will probably hate him forever.

If he lies, his integrity as a cop will be questioned by people who may not know the family personally, and there's bound to be some unrest about him working locally. I know I wouldn't want a cop working in my town, if they knew their brother murdered someone, and they didn't tell the truth.

No matter which way he turns, he will stand to lose.

Well....
  • KK met PF at the Florissant Coneco Gas Station at 4:30 p.m. and they went to the Nash property. KK says PF backed the truck up to a large red barn.
and this:
  • With KB’s body in a Toyota Tacoma, they drive to PF’s property. There, he used gasoline and oil to burn the tote containing KB’s body, baseball bat and the trash bags from the crime scene.
Something just isn't making sense in my muddled brain o_O

So, bro, what exactly DID you say to PF right before he was supposed to meet with detectives at the Five Guys?
Aside from, "Zip it, you idiot. Not another word without a lawyer," I mean.

It most definitely would be a bad look! It didn’t work out well for the Houck brother in the Crystal Rogers case either. The one brother that was LE ended up fired from the force. SF2 might want to back the blue on this one! JMO

If I were SF2, I wouldn't worry about alienating a murderous brother and a mother with guilty knowledge of said murder. I'd tell the truth and promptly change my name and transfer out to another LE agency. Good riddance.
