Pretty sure I've seen some kind of video with him driving around at that credit union.

too bad...I would have loved to actually see KK testify. And would love to hear the cross from the defense say most of the things we have said here...

You drove all the way, went to Starbucks, bought the drink, gave it to KB but did NOT put anything in it???

Surveillance’s from an ENT Credit Union shows #PatrickFrazee truck and a “black tote” in the bed of the truck. Commander says that tote plays a significant role in #KelseyBerreth disappearance. Hoping to find out what was inside it. @KKTV11News

Patrick Frazee spotted at waste management facility, police return to his property

posted Dec. 18th two days BEFORE KK's sworn statement:

"Investigators were on the property of Kelsey Berreth's fiancé Patrick Frazee, for the second time Tuesday.

It comes after eyewitnesses exclusively told KRDO they saw Frazee at a waste management facility, dropping off a load on Monday.

Employees at the company in Teller County also tell us they saw Frazee at the facility dropping off trash from a long trailer with two other men. Witnesses say Frazee remained in a white pickup truck as the two other men, who drove in two separate cars, unloaded the trailer.

The trash was later collected by police and it's been reported a few of the items were taken away by police for further investigation."

I wonder who owned the white truck, who were the guys helping him, what do they know, if anything, and what did LE find in that trash? Hmmmm.....

Yeah, someone who viewed surveillance footage described a white object, and later described it as a “crate.”

Yes, and courtroom testimony points to that as being the case.

The description of it being “white,” is odd though. That seems to be the only time that description appears.

she describes the white box object and also implies that on subsequent trip some sort of crate was now in the bed of the ute.

12.36 Toyota (PF) with a white box object in the bed of truck heads northbound.
12.37 chevy (KB)heads northbound.
they must have been in sight of each other heading toward kelseys condo after her trip to safeway.

12.44 toyota (PF) with white object in bed of truck heads southbound.
he loads up the crate from somewhere. not sure if white object still there though.

because she describes the items in the back of the truck exactly the same for the trip 1 and trip 2 she clearly defines trip 3 is different with "some kind of tote".

god its so strange.
why didn't he come equipped with everything he needed?
7 minutes back to back cctv at Williams furniture.
he had to get to kelseys. greet them , make excuses to leave and take the baby.
straddle her up in the car seat and drive back to Walmart. for 41 minutes.

the cctv we have is him in the baby section. who wants to bet there's cctv of him at the cash register with a shiny new (assumed black )tote

I can't be absolutely sure of that but it's a possibility since it wasn't seen earlier. I do hope LE know what he purchased at Walmart and that there is video of him checking out and possibly loading the black tote into the truck bed. I'd also like to know where & when he bought the scented candles. So many blanks I hope will be filled in during the trial. I will be sorely disappointed if there are lengthy delays

She was preparing to spend Thanksgiving with him, and was going to make a casserole. That’s what’s so disturbing about those last text messages; you can almost sense her love for him, and minutes later she was dead.

My heart just hurts so bad for her parents and her brother. Her daughter as well, but right now, the three of them- her parents, who raised her, her brother, who shared a childhood with her, have to live with the fact that this monster and his side kick were cold hearted and evil enough to burn her body. They have to live with the fact that he brutally killed her with a baseball bat. On freaking Thanksgiving! A holiday!

So sick! How does a mother, who carries that child and raises them into adulthood, watches her daughter become a mother herself, handle such a thing? Her father must be beyond devastation as well. Her brother seemed close to his sister and had a good relationship with her.

These monsters hurt not only poor Kelsey, but left many victims behind grieving. They can't even have the benefit of a final resting place for her, unless they want to go to the Franch or dump. No place to put flowers on her birthday, holidays.

I despise them both.
