VUU graduate killed in shooting on I-95 hours after graduation
By ALI ROCKETT Richmond Times-Dispatch*May 15, 2017*
"One of two women killed in a shooting on Interstate 95 early Sunday morning had just graduated from Virginia Union University.
"Tanna Gardner, 23, of Richmond graduated on Saturday with a bachelor’s degree in business, according to the university. The ceremony was hours before she was killed in what Virginia State Police are calling a targeted shooting."
(Ok, so LE is calling this a "targeted shooting", not a "random shooting". I'm checking now to see if there is a thread here, if not I will start one and update in this post.)
