Weird that he said 5:27 am even before LE checked out the neighbor's video surveillance system.
How did CW know the exact time? Maybe he really does have a photographic memory.

He also knew that Nicole was there at exactly 12:10 and exactly what time she was there the night before. I think he had inside at the time between the interviews as to what had been seen on the videos from the cameras. There were three videos, and I think he may have learned in between them or decided to change his mind?

A WS member was posting about a friend of SW stating that SW and CW were getting separated. I found the article. It was someone in NC who said this as per attached link.

mark 2:46 "that was the plan" in reference to separating as per women who works in hair salon that SW mom works in.

IMO This is key evidence in the case that SW confirmed while in NC on her 5 week visit that they were separating and "that was the plan". What it tells us in relation to the crimes, I don't know yet maybe others have an idea.

Edit: Ugh, posting probs today.
The press will likely go after the reports. The Ohio Supreme Court just ruled today that the press can have access to the Rhoden family murders preliminary autopsy reports. It took them nearly 2 1/2 years to reach that point, though.
The Latest: Few details about slayings in autopsy reports

(Interesting:

“The court ruled unanimously Wednesday in favor of the Cincinnati Enquirer, saying Ohio law allows reporters to view preliminary autopsy and investigative notes and findings, and photographs.

Heavily redacted versions of the reports released in 2016 showed all but one of the victims were shot multiple times in the head, but details about any other injuries and toxicology test results weren't released.

A message was left with the Attorney General's Office, which opposed access to the autopsies.” )

I just listened to it several times and am not sure he said "so, like, she barely let ME..." but maybe more of a slur along the lines of "so, like, she barely let mean" as if he intended to say "so, like, she barely let, I mean..." The "me" part is a bit tricky.

But still, what was he stumbling over, indeed? She barely let me sleep? She barely let me get a word in edgewise? She barely let me explain?

I think his wording is completely odd to say the least. I found that using Closed Caption" helped to understand his wording. I grew up in NC and realize that some of his speech has that Carolinaese. But again, he is blaming her! MOO

So, the genius left behind loved ones bodies, a sheet & a bag? Hmmm....

In the infamous porch interview, CW makes this comment, …" so like she barely let me she barely got barely gotten into bed…"

I am curious what he meant by she barely let me ?
IMO, "she barely got barely gotten into bed" is indicative of when he strangled her.

I wonder if he dragged her out of bed. This has happened in other DV incidents, including my own.
(ETA: I was pregnant also. No need to apologize, comment, derail, just sayin.)

Nice catch. I just watched/listened to that part again. Replayed it several times. He clearly says "let me.." in that sentence. I wonder what he meant as well...

"let me" choke her OR let me have rough sex as was discussed upthread. MOO

The defense only has a few days to reply to the footprint request.

YES, he did IMO. She was probably too tired to fight back.

I wonder if the Thayers had some unconscious feelings of unease about him that they did not realize they had.

I had a friend of forty years come and stay with us for three months. She moved around a lot and changed jobs a lot because of bad male bosses. In all of those years, maybe if I consolidated it would be one year of seeing her.

It took a couple of weeks of discussion between my husband and I to believe what we were seeing was accurate. She was a liar and a user of people . Her whole personna was pretty fake.

After she left, it took a few weeks for me to settle down from the astonishment of it all. I contacted mutual friends and they all thought she was a friend of someone else in our group .No one actually knew her very well at all. Everyone was bamboozled by her.

I say this because the Thayers very quickly felt there was something really wrong. I think they could only feel this way so quickly if they had picked up on stuff from him unconsciously.

Otherwise I think they would be talking about how he must be in so much shock. Not thinking clearly. It would take awhile to decide that , “No. This is not ok.”

The fact that the Thayers called the police is very important to me. However CW acted scared them enough to contact the police. Those poor people.

One thing I have learned watching the ID channel is if you are going to murder someone, dispose of your shoes and clothing ASAP and don't leave them at the site.

He said during the initial visit from LE on Monday afternoon that Shanann arrived home at 1:48 am and he backed his truck into the driveway at 5:27 am. So precise. (per affidavit). This is before LE checked out neighbor's video system.

The three interviews were done on Tuesday when LE came back with scent dogs. (BTW, AB got this fact wrong. grrr..She talks like the interview was done on Monday)

A lawyer could answer this better than I ever could. The autopsies were sealed for a period of time with the Aurora shootings, but even those were released before trial.
I’m trying to remember what was done with this re: Jessica Ridgeway; I know there was a looot of (beyond awful) stuff we didn’t learn til documents were released during court proceedings.

OK guys, I'm about to watch Bam Bam Banfield. I'll live update. Also, I just want to say, as a Reddit refugee, this place is awesome and Reddit is insane.

Yeah. From following numerous cases, I’ve found that some states release the findings before autopsy, some don’t, and some release redacted portions. It all depends on the law, the objections of the relevant parties, and the discretion of the judge.

So if they found footprints and want to get his, does that mean he was barefoot at the oil site? He took this shoes off to maybe not have any evidence on them?

Police reveal evidence (probably the footprint), was the cloud tracking CW, is his story true, what was he doing in the house, what's he doing to bolster his case
