The part that really amazed me was his preening in his T-shirt.

Q. Where'd you get that shirt?
A. Oh, this is a - I think she got it off Amazon but this is my favourite college sports team.

It was all "Look at me". His entire family is "missing" and he's talking about his shirt. No words.

What’s really crazy is being able to watch those interviews, with the knowledge that everything he said was a complete lie. He’s admitted to as much.

What bothers me is that the reporters asking the questions, just allowed him to give brief non-specific answers. They didn’t follow up in some key moments, moments that would have hurt him even more when and if this case goes to trial.

I know it’s easy to second guess them in heinsight, but they really could have put his feet to the fire.

Yeah I got that vibe too. He also said “like” atleast a couple dozen times which makes me want to punch him harder than I already do. He sounded like some high school girl trapped in the 90s.

I remember the media's frantic efforts to get the flint-eyed and steady DA to betray emotion about this case. They asked repeatedly if this affected the pros involved because of the kids.

He refused to take the bait. And he didn't react in any way to the sobbing of Shanann's father sitting almost directly behind him at court. Did not flinch.

Instead, he responded and acted with steely resolve.

This ain't no DA who "rushes to judgment."

CW should be terrified of this man.

Granted, I simply could never be an impartial witness or juror for CW thinking about his baby girls submerged in crude for 4 days allegedly by his own hands. So when I read the prosecutors statement how disclosing the autopsy information [on SW and the babies] to the public prior to trial could result in tainting witnesses that have not yet been interviewed, my gut reaction is YES, don't look, and YES it will taint you!! I hope the details are not disclosed until trial. And why shouldn't the court protect the family from having to hear the horrific details of the death of their daughter and grand babies prior to the trial? All I can see when I read this is grieving Frank Sr.

For him, and people in his situation, that’s an excellent sign of deception.

They tend to add in extraneous information, and they will offer little by way of detail in the hours around the time of the crime.

He’d be willing to talk about the days before, and the hours after she was discovered missing, and he’d do this at length. This is because he doesn’t have to lie about those time periods.

But ask him about the important stuff, and he’d duck and weave, and give short incoherent answers. He’d be as evasive and vague as possible.

I can't stop watching the interviews either.

Agreed, there are SO many times now when re-watching those videos when I think of what my personal follow-up question would have been to a given answer. It's so easy to do considering his shaky responses.

Seems they may have felt their hands were tied up until a certain point, given the fact that he was playing along with the idea that she and the girls were missing persons. For this reason, I suspect reporters were treading carefully, still wanting to give him the treatment as the worried father and husband. Just as LE seemed to be doing.

Also, I think there could have been some major revelations that came up by that point; almost like a silent "knowing" between all who were at the house that day. The interviews would have just been icing on the cake considering the piles of information that may have been coming in from various observations, and interactions with CW.

Given what we know now, I know I definitely would have over-analyzed those questions in my mind, had I been in the reporters' shoes after interviewing CW.

It would be hard to talk to your family after having admitted that you had murdered your wife, BUT wouldn’t he want to try and convince them that he played no part in the death of the babies. Many families stand by their children after they’ve been charged with murder. The fact that he doesn’t want to speak to them shows that he’s a coward.

It is hard to know for certain JudgeJudi because we don't know if CW's family is in contact or trying to be in contact with CW and he is refusing their contact or vise a versa.

I think CW’s statement that he saw BW sprawled out and blue will be easily disproven. The pics posted are tinged blue as one expects with a baby monitor..unless the sun was up at the time he claims to of murder SW

CW may not be talking, but those devices surely will.

And this is an example of big brother watching us in this day in age. The fact that there is the legal and technical ability to access this data even if someone deletes history from their devices and computers, is a wonderful thing imo. I don't worry about big brother watching me because I don't have anything to hide and it being there could help someone else.

Welcome Mitch. Ashleigh Banfield demonstrated on her show that it would have been next to impossible for CW to see what he claims to have seen on the monitor, in regards to Bella’s color. This statement doesn’t hold water, like just about everything he has said thus far.

As for the video interviews he did..my gosh talk about incriminating himself. I knew he was guilty the moment he spoke in the past tense.. Eg BW ‘WAS’ going to start.. like he knew she was gone.

The last bit on one of the clips where he talks about his daughters.. eg BW being like him and CC being like SW makes me feel so sad. Maybe it’s my imagination but I felt like I could hear the disdain in his voice when he described their personalities and the relief when he said he missed making them eat their dinner (or something along those lines). As a parent dinner time is a nightmare.. and it makes my stomach crawl to think he may have actually been relived not to have to deal with that again. JMO of course

Ooh interrogators would have asked these questions though. That’s when a liar really gets tripped up. It’s those tiny details. They’ll get right down to tiny tiny details and he has to try and keep them all straight.

When you walked downstairs was your phone in your hand? When you went back upstairs you said you no longer had your phone in your hand, where did you put it? So did you put the phone on the bench before you got the glass of water, or after? What glass did you use? Etc

Then they’ll ask a bunch of other questions and circle back around sometime later and ask similar questions about the phone and the glass to see if he gives consistent answers.

Very hard for a liar who is making things up on the spot to remember what he’s said about what.
