I think CW noticed a new guy in the Thrive picture from N.C.

And was simply jealous.

There wouldn’t have been time for anger. I believe it would have been absolute horror and then immediately trying to fight back. In life and death struggles, you don’t think, you simply react. It would have been terrifying as she instinctively fought for her life. She never stood a chance.

“It would have been terrifying as she instinctively fought for her life.”

And her baby’s life. :(

I wouldn't agree to the bolded. When he began strangling his pregnant wife, he must have thought about his unborn baby boy. But he made the decision to keep squeezing the life out of her, knowing he would die too. That sounds like premeditation against the baby. JMO

Again, IMO this is an assumption at this point. We don’t know the circumstances of the attack, nor do we have a definitive COD. If he were truly in a rage, I’m not sure he would have these thoughts. JMO

Some people think SW was murdered as soon as she entered the house. If forensics prove this to be the case, CW’s pathetic charade is over because …

* It will prove he did not go upstairs and into the master bedroom where he saw SW strangling Cece on the monitor on the bedside table

* It will prove that she could not have strangled Bella

… because SW was already dead.

* It will prove that he deliberately hid her phone between the cushions.

And it will prove that CW and CW alone is guilty of 9 felony counts, including 3 counts of first-degree murder after deliberation for the deaths of his wife and two daughters, 2 counts of first-degree murder for causing the death of a person under the age of 12 while being in a position of trust, 1 count of unlawful termination of a pregnancy and 3 counts of tampering with a deceased body.

If convicted of all 9 charges, he’ll be sentenced to either LWOP or the death sentence.

The above should, but probably won’t, stop SW’s apologists saying she drove him to do this. I couldn’t care less what those people think. This is about justice for a loving wife and mother, two beautiful little daughters who adored her and a baby yet to be born.

This theory is so simple (Occam’s Razor) but to me it sounds too good to be true. I still believe she was murdered upstairs and was in bed at the time but I’ll save that for another day. It’s a harder version to coherently piece together.

Which I understand, but we don't actually have the girls COD yet.

if the girls COD is different from what CW said in his confession, then he is in big trouble.

Maybe, I was just saying that we don't know the COD yet.

But he could get a spouse, he married SW?
Am I incorrect in remembering that according to her story, she did not pay much attention to him at first? And it was her lupus and him being around her at that moment, his loyalty when everything came crashing down, that made her change her attitude to him? This is how I understood her story.

Yes, and it would not surprise me if they had been smothered by him.

I think we will know at least that much in the not too distant future as a result of the media's filing. I'm not going to go so far as to say our personal curiousity is worth jeopardizing a fair trial for both parties though. The prosecutor not only knows the results but he has his fingers on the pulse of the community.

Even if he was enraged, he'd know his wife was pregnant, IMO.

Not quite. She had already been diagnosed with lupus. A mutual friend sent her a suggested friend request for CW which she ignored at first but then accepted. He went along to doctors appointments with her instead of dates, according to her version on the FB vid.

Waiting for more to come out and looking at possibilities with an open mind before deciding doesn’t make a person a CW supporter. A few posters have said they are keeping an open mind until more is known.
In the last couple weeks I haven’t seen one single CW supporter on the thread.

<modsnip - quoted post has been removed>
I don't understand why nobody wants to answer this question who believes in this scenario. It is difficult to have a discussion of both scenarios without it IMO. I stated my case for one scenario, but I don't have any takers so far for a discussion of the other one. I am left to conclude there isn't any credible evidence in the public realm at this time to support that SW killed her children, which is what I thought but was hoping to hear people out.

JudgeJudi, I’m still thinking about your post. It’s really awful and hard to think about Shanann’s possible last moments and what her last thoughts might have been. They must have been about Nico and her girls.

This is painful to type, but I believe Jessica Ridgeway’s last words were “Will I ever see my mom again?” :(

ETA: Maybe CeCe and Bella had this same thought too? :(

He had a choice. I don't think anyone forced him to go on doctors visits with her instead of dates.

I agree! I was asked a question and I answered, I never said otherwise?

I am not sure why CW's word that she killed the kids is given so much weight. There is a balance here. On one hand we have the evidence that points to him being the killer, on the other hand we simply have his word that it was her. And he has lied. A lot.

But they thankfully, have added another piece for the Prosecution, in contacting LE, as NUA has.
Both these friends have been invaluable.
Interesting looking at your sentence, the letters N, A, U appear in both her name and the word you used INVALUABLE.
