I believe CW planned to murder and then murdered his wife Shanann and children, Cece, Bella, and Nico. I believe the murders were then covered up by CW, and the bodies hidden, in a manner that satisfied some sick need in his warped mind. I have looked at and tried to fairly consider all of the facts and evidence, but I always return to his guilt. So, I made this list, and I still reach the same conclusion;
Did CW attempt to help any of the victims? – No! (he would have said so, if he had!)
Did CW yell, cry out, or do anything to attract attention? – No!
Did CW call anyone for help (911)? – No!
Did CW attempt to preserve the crime scene? – no!
Did CW attempt to mitigate his attack on SW to protect the unborn Nico? – No!
Did CW attempt to mitigate his attack on SW, to restrain the killer/witness? = No!
Did CW advise LE, at any time BEFORE he was made aware the truth was coming out, of an alternate explanation? – No! (Once he knew and understood the direction that LE was following and that his actions and behavior had been exposed, his confession became self-serving at best!)
At any time, before he was forced by circumstances, did CW tell the truth? – NO!
Did CW treat any of the bodies with the reverence and/or respect of a grieving parent? – No!
At any time, after NUA and LE arrived at the house, up to the current time, has CW proclaimed his love for his family or even used the word; love? – No!
At any time has CW expressed or shown any remorse, for anything? - No!
Has CW done anything that would lead a logical person to perceive innocence? – No!
Did CW kill any one? – Yes! (he’s confessed to killing SW, and by extension, Nico!)
Was CW the only survivor? – Yes!
Did CW remain quiet and do everything he could to hide the crimes? – Yes!
Did CW disrupt. manipulate, and change the crime scene? – Yes!
Did CW move and hide bodies? – Yes!
Did CW move and hide the bodies in a manner usually indicating guilt? – Yes!
Did CW treat the bodies disrespectfully and in a manner contrary to what would logically be expected by a moral society, and of a grieving parent? – Yes!
Did CW treat the bodies in a manner usually indicating mental aberration and guilt? – Yes!
Did CW attempt to manipulate others away from the truth (NUA, LE, the media)? - Yes!
Has CW lied? – Yes!
Has CW lied repeatedly and in a way indicating guilt? – Yes!
Is CW an adulterer? – Yes!
Is the adultery current? – Yes!
Has CW behaved in a manner (overall) contrary to that of a worried or grieving parent? – Yes
Has CW behaved in a manner that has caused experts to convey disbelief and concern? – Yes!
Has CW done anything that would lead a logical person to perceive guilt? – Yes!
Do the current facts and evidence greatly favor a belief of CW’s guilt of murdering his wife and children? – Yes!
