I think NK was a smart girl. Doing everything you can to try to fix your marriage before you end it is wise advice. She was playing it out. I don’t see the world in black and white. I think she could have meant that when she said it, but I also think with everything he told her, she thought it was 90% over, 10% chance of reconciliation. So, I can see how she could send nude photos, too. If CW told her he wanted to go back to Shanann, NK would have walked away. She doesn’t strike me as the type of woman who will die without a man. She seems pretty independent to me.

I think NK's idea of encouraging him to "fix" his marriage, while at the same time sending him nice photos, was probably more a manipulation and insecure rant -- she was probably super upset that he was in NC, telling him to go just be with his wife and family then if he wasn't going to get his own place snap, get divorced, and be with her. That isn't really a heartfelt "fix your marriage"; it's a needy call to action and devotion, really.

I think there are a lot of things she is now saying, ie encouraging him to fix his marriage, that she knows she can say now, because he won't contradict her story. Makes her look oh so altruistic. To herself at least.

Maybe Shanann told NUA that she was going to sleep on the couch that night just like she told her she was going to need a friend this week and that's why NUA's son looked in the couch immediately and found the phone and NUA knew the code to the phone even though " If I Only Had a Brain" did not have the code

In the video of when he gets to the house, it looks to me like it's CW who goes immediately upstairs and retrieves her phone, starts fiddling with it on the rail/ledge in the loft as a cop looks on. Like he knew exactly where it was.

Am I confused? I don't see anything about it being hidden or NUA's son finding it first.

They thought that a dead woman was on trial and her medical records were going to show that she did not have lupus and therefore she was a murderer.

I've met women like her - I would describe her as a mans woman. I bet she had few female friends but many male friends......great to go to/watch ball games with, have a few drinks, hang out with. Will come across as as needy in order to make a guy feel more macho or be a strong, all round good fun gal - she will change personalities to suit the man/situation.

That poor detective in the second interview - she spoke at him, not to him. If it was possible to talk someone to death it was all over for him !

Interesting, the only photos I've seen of her are with men.

Don’t throw tomatoes at me but would the discovery docs be laid out to clear her of suspicion? I‘d think the DA would just include stuff that was relevant to making his case. NK was not on trial.

I can’t believe how self absorbed NK is during this 2nd interview. All she cares about is herself and she doesn’t understand that a woman and 2 kids are murdered before of her actions with CW.

I really have no sympathy for her. She is such a liar too, talking about how she really wanted him to fix his relationship with SW while the whole time googling wedding dresses and sending nude pics.

She is such an immature 30 year old.

No this was PommyMommy's question. It's about evidence, not about hearing things differently.

I missed that post of @PommyMommy. I try to read everything she writes. The only evidence I know about is NK saying she advised him to fix his marriage. She said it during her first interview. That counts, doesn’t it? I think NK and CW got themselves involved in a hot, steamy, sexy relationship pretty fast after Shanann went to North Carolina. I think they spent a lot more time playing sex games, taking photos, and doing the deed than they spent having serious conversations about the status of his marriage. I think NK innocently believed CW’s marriage was over because CW told her it was, and because he seemed to be available 24 hours a day. When Shanann returned, all of a sudden things started to change. It all happened very quickly.

I said that many threads back that he most likely would be transferred out of state. He is to high profile and they do have to protect him unfortunately. Also I believe I read somewhere that Colorado is one of those states that does not have to release any information on where he is.

All we have to do is search the DOC sites for the other 49 states, and he’ll show up eventually, right?

Their monster killed Shannan who was carrying their Grandson,their monster killed their sweet adorable granddaughters.
So sick of all the degrading of Shannan, and the praising if Little Messiah boy.

I was thinking a bit about NK's evidence had this case gone to trial.

Her role is really only to prove the existence of the affair and flesh out the timings and testify as to what happened on Monday and Tuesday (goes to guilt).

In some respects she has become a bigger deal via the release of the discovery docs, than her testimony ever would have been - assuming a lot of aspects would not have been admissible.

In my view, what is missing from her evidence is any insights into CW - but then why would she think he would murder his family.
