In an interview Lauren Scharf asked CBI spokesperson Susan Medina
Q: When was the search warrant issued for Morphews home…was it May 10th from the beginning, because that’s what we’ve been told…that’s when we saw the tape around the house?
A The warrant is sealed.

I think there is good reason to believe that they had a SW that very night ( the 10th)but that of course is my opinion.

Holy crap. There was tape around the house from the evening of the 10 th ?
Maybe.

But that's big, if accurate.

Speculation alert :
Something (or someone ?) made LE's hinky meter explode.
Imo.

That was pretty interesting, that the cleaning lady said they were walking together, were very friendly ..... I had been imagining maybe they had become estranged and were living separate lives, but sounds like they were very much together and enjoying each other's company, on the Wednesday .... well, just my thoughts from the interview ..... but I'm sure there's a flip side.

Because they have been seen walking together, we cannot assume 'all is fine'.
I saw my 2 neighbours walking together past my home, to pick up their children, smiling and laughing.
They were living together.
Next day I hear, from the female neighbour, they have separated, he ALREADY has a girlfriend, and my friend is seeking a divorce.
He immediately moved out, and now is very aggressive towards the female.:(:(
Thank goodness, she doesn't have 'monies'.

IMO, BM working out at the gym feels like he is moving on. Maybe he’s staying in shape for a sweetie pie, one who isn’t SUZANNE.

Follow the money, the heart, the power.

Hmmm, is there someone at the gym he has his eyes on...?

I’m not surprised by that picture, and I do tend to think it’s an accurate reflection of their relationship.

I think everything was fine, until it wasn’t. I really don’t think a premeditated crime took place here. I think there was an argument that turned violent, and everything else occurred as a response.

This isn’t always the case, but I think had this been a planned event, law enforcement would have taken a bit longer to realize what they were dealing with. It would look different.

We’d see a response similar to the Kelsey Berreth case, where an official missing persons flyer was distributed, as well as last known images.

I think the fact they were alone for the days surrounding her disappearance, gave her killer time to figure out what to do next.

I also think he made a big fricken mistake.

Your theory messes up my whole idea of why I jumped off the fence MG! I don’t believe things were fine until they weren’t.

If BM is guilty I believe he planned this so well that Suzanne won’t be found. In fact, I’m thinking he wanted to move to CO for the sole purpose of planning her demise. He had been there hunting many times while living in Indiana. In my mind, it takes a really cold person to not be hunting for your spouse for two months. To not be begging and screaming for help from anyone who will listen.

But then, we know my track record for being right.

No, I haven’t seen anything like that before. I find that absolutely damning, the fact that they apparently found nothing, notwithstanding.

That’s a very big deal, and it shows where law enforcement is focused. If they believed anyone other than the husband was involved, they would not have searched there.

They also needed evidence to prove probable cause to allow for that search in the first place.

I'm not convinced they found nothing. The CCSO wording left an out. (imo)

they were unable to make any connection to Suzanne Morphew’s case at this time. Details about the search are not available, as this is part of the active investigation.

I'm just now watching the interview and to me she didn't look the least bit uncomfortable with that question.
I was also not at all put off by it.
They asked her perspective as a woman, then again as an investigative journalist.
Similar to how a reporter might ask a police officer "as a father, how does this make you feel?"

Anyway, jmo.
She did look down and hesitated a moment. I didn't say she looked like she wanted to cry, lol!
Can we put this to bed yet? Sheesh! :)

I don’t believe Suzanne will be found, but it’s not because he planned it well.

He had the knowledge, equipment, and most importantly, time.

And I think there is a possibility the search did uncover something - they don’t have to tell us and if we’ve learned anything in these CO cases - if they want us to know there will be a “leak” And so far we’ve got nothing - May 10 the 911 call that she’s missing - they want video from May 8 -10 and they found a “personal item(s)” - by far this is the tightest I’ve ever followed in WS and I’ve been around a long time - I think there’s a reason for their silence ...
IMO

Different sources on that. The Daily Mail stated that BM had been denied entry into his home since the beginning.
Police search and carry out evidence bags from the $1.5M home of missing Colorado mom | Daily Mail Online
The only confirmation from LE was when Lauren Scharf asked on 19 May and LE stated the home was being held but was not being searched at that time.
BREAKING: Police prohibit Suzanne Morphew’s family members from entering home

The real answer probably lies with the SW and that is sealed.

Tricia will be on WS youtube tonight briefly at 10:00 pm but then at midnight Mountain time, she plans to do a 24 hour marathon "end of the world" youtube in (dis)honour of Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell. There will also be discussion of many missing people cases that perhaps don't get as much coverage as others ... whatever she and you folks can fit into those 24 hours.

You must be okay with Tricia perhaps nodding off, her couch at times empty with Scrappy Joe, Boo and Babe holding down the show between interludes, but all in all, Tricia will be there or thereabouts, listening to you folks and swapping tales with you ... for a whole 24 hours !! How exciting is that?

I love it. I’ll be sure to check in frequently.

I'm having such a hard time imaging BM actually put the bike on a bike rack where people might witness that. I always felt he tossed it into the back of his pick-up and drove there with it.
Not saying he put a bike on a bike rack, saying that he probably took the bike off of a bike rack and then, as you say, tossed it into the back of his truck. JMO

I think LS said in that YT video with the PE gentlemen that her interview with SM's friend would possibly be airing either tonight or tomorrow night on her Fox station, has anyone seen anything on her Twitter indicating whether or not either of her SM pieces will be on tonight?
I was under the impression it was going to air Wed or Thurs nite. Nothing on twitter or facebook, presently.

If he did this out of spur of the moment anger, I think he would have made so many mistakes they will find her.

Never said that he had the bike on a rack. I did say that maybe he took the bike off of a rack and didn't notice that the wheel had been locked to keep it from spinning during travel. JMO but I feel that he took the bike from the rack on the car and tossed it into the pickup truck bed. Just goggle securing bike wheels on rack during transport and there are many discussions on it.

I agree. I just hope she is found so an innocent person IMO, BM, does not have this hanging over his head for the rest of his life.

I see no facts that show he victimized Suzanne.

She’s missing and three branches of LE appear to be focused on her husband as involved in a crime related to that disappearance. Those facts, while not evidence, indicate to me that he may have victimized her.

Now, I have no quote brackets, Sorry, this is my response to @gitana1, third paragraph is great clarification, thanks.

I’ve never considered concrete search routine, it comes under rare and unusual, with special exceptions, so I’ve put it aside, especially after viewing timelines, the most recent video from @ Davef was a reminder to me that foundation work is rather involved and any disruption would have been spotted thru step by step process, so that I am comfortable with my decision.

The second search of Ms house IS distressing, but that is relatively recent. I am putting that in my guilty column.

Gotta find my quote brackets. I think you and I are on same page...I guess I should confess, Letecia is exactly like my sister, no problem convicting.

I apologize if I came across as poor pitiful me, I’m not. There were others as well.IMO I kinda keep forgetting, my playground guard, mothering position has been phased out. Happily, I am relinquishing to my children.

That’s such a vast area. If he didn’t have his phone on, and traveled in a vehicle that couldn’t be tracked, then the odds are stacked against law enforcement.

I think he made a ton of mistakes, which is why law enforcement didn’t buy the bike ride story.

They were on to him right away, and the only logical explanation I can come up with, is they caught him in a massive lie, or learned something incredibly incriminating.

<modsnip: quoted post was removed>

Admin gave the green light to discuss BM as a possible suspect early on, otherwise we would not be allowed to have the discussions we have had.
