right down to the peanut butter! lol.

(seriously, i think it's interesting that just this week there was a wild story about t-bag being poisoned by her peanut butter (or something with peanut butter), and then the only undercover shot of BM in the wild had a puzzling jar of peanut butter in it that brought up lots of discussion, too! haha! no connection, i know that, but it's funny af.)
Nancy Grace mentioned the peanut butter at the grill in her podcast too. Haha. I mean, how can you not?

When the massive organized search happens, will the location of the search be based off of intel from LE?

I believe the PE guys stated on CourtyTV last night that the Sherriffs Deputies are helping coordinate the search, so I think there will be at a minimal some general areas that LE would like the team to search. It’s going to cover multiple areas over a 5 day span.

That’s the $64,000 question. If they merely cover the area around the home, then I have no hope of Suzanne’s recovery.

My hope is that LE does have areas of interest, and will take charge of the resources they’re being offered.

I gotta admit though, the idea of 1000 people traipsing around the Morphew property, does give me a sick satisfaction.

The wild story of LS's peanut butter was funny af! Her 4 page Patriotic letter to the judge how she is being poorly treated as a jailbird! Lmao at her! That’s all I can do, I’d like 10 minutes alone with her!

It was said that Jeff was a sub, so he would require insurance as well. If not, this would be the first time that Barry hired him as a worker. I’m going down the rabbithole 0f 1099s and worker’s comp and hold harmless agreements. This job was not simply planting shrubs in someone’s backyard. Barry would be stupid to not have the proper coverage and contracts in place. Def would have need a COI or they would have closed it down.
Can a state licensed contractor have a felony record in the state of CO? ie I wonder if he was really a sub. It can be looked up tho under the Secretary of State page.
How did Jeff and BM know each other?

Yesterday we had pics, it's a block shaped, chain, budget hotel, looks like 3-4 stories, not a motel. Not a cheap joint as DM implied. Just wondering if he had a ground floor room for one of those employees, not to lug tools up stairs. But they probably have an elevator. I too would prefer a motel room where my vehicle is right in front of the door so no need to babysit or spend time moving tools around en masse.

It was a Holiday Inn Express in Broomfield. See link below for their website and photos.

Andy had previously stated that LE would assist in organizing the search in a grid-like pattern based off of some form of data.

It was also mentioned on Court TV that BM would NOT be participating in the search. I wonder who came to that decision.

Agreed, I understand what you're saying.

For my own part, if it was my spouse or child --you couldn't stop me.
I'd search until I dropped.

And I'm the exact opposite. There's no way in hello you'd ever get me out there in the woods/brush/wherever, looking for my likely deceased loved one.
If there's any chance at all I'd be the one to find them, in such an advanced state of decomp after all this time?
Nope, that cannot be my last physical memory - no way.
That's better left to folks unrelated to us, doing their professional best.

Chris & Mike from PE did say on the CourtTv interview that the search would be coordinated with deputies. I'm hoping LE at least gives them some good geographic ideas.

Also, I haven't seen much of Vinnie Politan in forever. If Beth Karas shows up anytime soon, I'm going to think I'm living a deja vu!

I sent Lauren a message last night to ask if Barry gave her a more specific timeline of what he did that Mother’s Day. She said she’s working on the timeline aspect for a story next week.
Maybe that was part of what we didn't hear in Lauren's recorded call with Barry. Look forward to the timeline, hopefully it will clear up many of our questions!

not responding to your great post Dizzy, just wanting to clarify something for readers.
FYI, COI stands for Certificate of Insurance.
All contractors and subs need to show this for all contracts.

I wonder if either or both of SM's daughters will take part in the search.
Me too...and will BM allow them to search on his property??!! That will be telling.

I think the daughters did speak to LE, especially in the beginning stages of this search. It's just routine, especially in the beginning stages of a missing person case. Now, if they continued as the months went on, hard to say. These questions from investigators, IMO, would have been more uncomfortable, more directed at perhaps BM. That would be tough and confusing for sure.

I might be odd one out on this one but I'm not a fan of PE calling them out, whether it's the oldest because of the G*M funds and an attempt to have them allocated for SM brother's search or saying recently they might have important info for LE. While they are not 12 year olds, they are, IMO, very young. Leave them alone and let LE work that. I don't think they will feel compelled, by unknowns to them, that have a show. Again, just my opinion.

Ita.

I think it was TN who named one of the daughters in the latest crowd funding statements, and I think PE were going off that.
So in my opinion TN shouldn't have named them at all.
Why not just refer to their dad in that statement ?
Or even BM's mom, who was originally one of the beneficiaries, but later removed as far as the wording in the public statement I think ?

Absolutely the daughters should be left alone.
They've suffered enormously already. :(

I have heard that sometimes LE advises immediate family to not participate in searches, for various reasons.
Let's not forget, LE didn't let BM's Fire buddies help in the search originally.

I will keep you posted. I am traveling and staying there until the 27th. There are two of us going and I am eager to help. I'm also a little nervous that BM maybe lurking somewhere, it's hunting season.

Thanks, you beat me to it !

Speculation :
I'd imagine LE will have people looking where BM's gps and phone pings hit on.

IF BM did something and had help from a 2nd party, I hope they'll turn and allow LE to look at their gps/phone pings as well.
Imo.

It was kind of weird how they made it sound like some seedy roach motel in the DM article. Holida Inn Express is pretty standard decent hotel as far as I'm concerned.

I agree Holiday inn is a standard hotel people use if they just need somewhere to get their head down for a night or two, I stick to more experience hotels for when i am going on holiday or some place nice, its a perfectly adequate hotel for somebody working construction.
