Regarding searching on the Morphew property itself:

I'm remembering back to the Berreth case, where a WS member drove to near the Frazee property and then deployed a drone, from which various angles of the private property were visible.

I wonder if/hope something similar might occur re the Morphew property during this search? Looking for recently disturbed soil or fresh vehicle tracks where they would not normally be...
My main concern with this search is that we're
4 months out from the body being hidden.
How many rain storms have flattened tire tracks and freshly dug dirt?
Grass and weeds may be growing already on the site.
Unless they have a bunch of trained search dogs, I can't imagine how the searchers can
spot a dig site.

do we have any psychologists here?

i'd love to know what is going on in the mind of a man that would go on the record, with the world watching, and claim that his brother-in- law is trying to gain something by searching for his sister, and HIS wife of 28 years. why would he be so disrespectful to the 100's of generous humans, volunteering their time, energy, and health to help find suzanne, when he knows fully well the public is doubting him? wouldn't you attempt to look innocent if you were able to think clearly? instead, everything that comes out of his mouth is anger-fueled! why is he mad that people want resolve for his beloved wife? especially if she got eaten by a damn mountain lion? make it make sense!

hell, i'm gonna need a psychologist after this case is over with! (jk). i feel so terrible for suzanne and what she had to deal with, with this dude, for so many years. surely, it wasn't always bad, but if this is his true character we are seeing emerge, then surely she knew this side of him really well.
I loved this post. And the BBM made me spit out a little coffee. MOO, BM is somewhere on the spectrum, among other things. Not appropriate, not aware, struggling with interpersonal everything. And very defensive. He is myopically hung up on AM upstaging him with this search and making him look worse than he already does. Then BM opens his mouth a ratchets things up to a whole new level of WTH.

I would bet that PE has helped AM immensely, with behind-the-scenes, legacy relationships they have with LE all over the states, after a career lifetime of networking.
Yes and I sincerely hope they can get the public and other possibly retired LE behind them and let this be a catalyst for future endevors. Mike and Chris and all the tech support, may the force be with you.

I'm a little worried about that too. Would he do away with himself to avoid arrest and facing the consequences?
I don't get that feel about him. I would say he more thinks he can talk his way around anything. jmo

If she is buried in a cooler that wouldn't fit with the narrative that a cat got her.I just think he shoved her off a cliff if he did anything at all. However if bones or clothing is found scattered aound then he can say"see a cat got her",but if they find her buried his a** is in a sling.

I wasn’t thinking he buries her in a cooler. I’m think the remains were transported in a cooler but dumped out and then the cooler was disposed of separately.

I agree with that part, and maybe that's what he was cleaning at the HIE.

“If they asked me to help, I will help,” Barry told FOX21 News. “Nobody has contacted me because Andy’s doing this for a publicity stunt.”
“I want to bring her back home”: Hundreds plan to join search for Suzanne Morphew this week | FOX21 News Colorado

Barry just called Andy a meth head ...

Well, not really, but he's being true to what we know is his standard go-to. Slaughter anyone who speaks out in truth against him!
What a loathsome thing to say to the brother of a missing woman, whom it would appear has sadly succumbed to foul play.

Re. the red bolded : This confirms IMO what I'd feared -- BM has NOT looked for Suzanne. The love of his life. She was worth a 26 second video clip, and that was all.

The latest 3rd hand info from LE via AM is that they don’t believe SM’s body was ‘well hidden’.

Your point still stands but as opposed to a dig site, I think it’s more likely a searcher would find partial remains/bones that hopefully can be identified.

'I'm going to get results': Brother of missing mother Suzanne Morphew arrives in Colorado ahead of volunteer search

"My sister was murdered," Moorman said. "And she was hidden within a three-and-a-half-hour window. So that — I can draw a circle on that and tell you she's within that circle. And that's what I know happened."
"I'm going to get results. I have very good intelligence. Very good intelligence," he said. "Maybe I don't know everything the FBI knows, but I know a bunch of it."

"I'm out there to find my sister," Moorman said. "I think everybody probably knows what happened. I'm literally just there to search — I need to find her, need to bring her home, give her a proper burial and closure for my family. And that's my point. I'm not about finding somebody guilty or trying to inflict punishment on anyone. That's not my job. That's the law enforcement's job."

He said he plans to meet with CBI and the sheriff's office Wednesday.

He said he has four places of interest he wants to search.

Someone should be keeping an eye on Barry, if he's reading any of this his toes are probably on fire right now.

I would think this involves BM's seeming confusion as to whether he arrived back home @ 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM. ... there's three hours.....
That seems a very trackable time
I think the spot where he laid down is where I would start the search, and let him know that.

MOO every little bit of rumor or discussion of remote places that took place between BM and anyone else needs to be reported. Even if a person searches out their own remote place to camp or explore, IMO the spark of interest starts with a comment from another person.

Can you make a request to the crowd funding administrator for reimbursement for your expenses (if you provide receipts)? After all, isn't that the main purpose of the donations?

I don't blame you for being disgusted. BM's reaction spells guilt, at least, to me.

I would prefer it go to those that truly need it. I feel fortunate that we are able and it provides no strain. I know some that are coming will feel some financial pressure because of it. That's kind of you but we don't need that. It's really just the idea that BM is doing nothing and the juxtaposition of people traveling form afar and incurring expenses to do this!!

True.
MOO but also sometimes rain and wind reveal something that was supposed to be hidden though. Placed branches move, dug soil erodes faster etc.

Wouldn't someone who's willing to help find their wife, if asked, be the first one with boots on the ground in the search simply because there is an organized search? Geez! Who needs an invitation to search for their mate and mother of their children? smdh

"bring her home" - if they do find remains, AM won't be able to bring them back to IN - they will be released to her spouse / daughters and it will be their decision - IMO.

Well if we look at Fotis Dulos, he was running out of money for his defense, his atty. was snubbing him possibly for non-payment, he'd already spent some time in jail before bonding out, had to wear an ankle bracelet, and knew LE had a lot of evidence against him- even if no body- and he still after 8 months of drinking, drugs and fear decided to off himself.

The mind and body can only take so much stress during times like this. BM is no different, IMO.

BM isolated his wife, so he is the one that withdrew from the Moorman's.
