A cooler would also nicely contain body fluids- if that were a concern, with no need to tie it up as with a tarp that might leak.Since the subject was coolers (plural) I made the assumption of dismemberment.
Also, the only benefit of putting a body in a huge cooler would seem to be concealment. Most of the spec is that it happened at night, so no need for concealing. Who knows? We don’t need missing coolers to make Barry look suspicious. Lol
As I recall, Andy also said that the CBI told him Barry wouldn’t take a lie detector test. I have a GBI agent two houses down and she said that would not be likely have been divulged to a relative. She laughed and said if he was a suspect it might be different. I have been interviewed by the FBI and they were stone-faced. Attempts at humor or questions were met with a stare. Also, I ask myself - why would the CBI travel to Indiana where they didn’t have jurisdiction when the FBI has field agents?
The GBI, interesting! Did you follow the Christi Cornwell case back in 2011? I know for a fact case information was shared with Richard Cornwell, Christi's brother.
It's been said the CBI traveled to Indiana more than once. Most investigator's do travel to other jurisdictions, pretty commonplace.
