They all know what Michi did-they just don’t care, because they think Jennifer ought to have given Fotis everything he wanted so that Michi could be happy. What did he (they) want? Full custody of the kids and their trust funds, a divorce, the house, and regular installments of Farber money to support all of it. That’s all. Imagine not being appalled that your daughter could be, in any way, involved in a gruesome murder of the mother of 5 children!

Yes, they just wanted the house and the money. Jennifer and the children didn't matter. I will never forget those images of the entire Troconis clan coming and having their big Easter meals at 4Jx and they seemed to revel in the grossness of the grandiosity of the entire house. The house and the Troconis family imo are both distasteful and greedy to boot. We haven't even gotten to the family testimony. I hope we don't have to go into the issues yet again of the father claiming to be a US doctor when his language skills precluded him from taking board tests in the US or the mother claiming to be a psychologist when she had NONE of the required training and certifications. This imo is an entire family of fraudulent people who have made claims about themselves and MT to the Press and because the media coverage of this case was so poor, that we never got an accurate picture of who precisely ALL of these people are. I am glad in a way that the MSM was so awful in this case as at least it got WS here to drop the requirement for direct MSM quotes as we all quickly learned that any of those quotes really were just planted statements by the attorneys and their PR representatives. Its been a total media sham and so seeing the Queen of the SHAM Ms. Shannon Miller mentioned today was simply the end of the bridge WAY TOO FAR!

This state attorney is not very precise and efficient in his questioning. He objected a lot during Fitzerald's direct exam last week and got overruled many times. He annoyed the judge last week and may be annoying him again today.

Exactly-- a paid shill doing what they agree to do for said sum, and why I find Judge Schuman's demeanor towards the State Commissioner of Corrections peculiar. I mean, let's be clear, between defense counsel JLS and the current team of Brown & Patterson, LLP -- Attorney Michael Fitzpatrick has been paid a healthy sum on behalf of petitioner M. Troconis! JMO

Didn't Kimble say (at some point) and early on, a video surfaced from Fotis's phone when a potential home buyer asked who MT was (she was trailing the couple and Fotis) she responded "I'm his wife and the mother of 6 children"? I wish that could be viewed as evidence of additional lies and solid motivation to remove Jennifer from what MT believes belongs to her. Such a Shame.

I think Fitzpatrick’s criticism that it’s not enough for Bowman to only advise his client that she has to tell the truth is valid. Bowman had to make sure that MT understood that if she lied it would be used against her. Not justfor perjury but to actually convict her of the other more serious charges. That anything she says can be used against her and that she has no protection going into all these interviews. Did Bowman do that? I’m not sure I recall him saying he did when he testified.

I recall AB testifying that MT came to his office with an alibi script in her own handwriting that did not go beyond 5 pm. IIRC, nobody accused MT of lying during her initial interview.

However, and more importantly, LE wasn't aware of the multiple alibi-scripts by FD/MT and FD's phone info until Interview #2 on 6/6/19-- after the dual scripts had been recovered from the office rubbish, and FD's GPS location determined, pursuant to SW. (IMO, AB also learned about the dual scripts at this time). It was during questioning of the dual alibi scripts during Interview #2 that LE accused MT of withholding information and/or not being truthful.

Interview #3 wasn't conducted until 8/13/19, and this interview was at MT's insistence--allegedly to clear up her earlier discrepancies. Although MT was advised by AB not to talk to LE unless she was going to be 100% honest, she used this final opportunity to continue fishing LE for info while protecting FD. MT's method of responding to LE's questions was to tweak her answers to fit the evidence disclosed to her.

IMO, MT, believing she was the smartest person in the room, convicted herself. Nothing and/or nobody was going to stop her from talking to LE. JMO

Everytime I hear or read that MT should never have been allowed to do X - I have to laugh.
Once again - have you met MT? She's fully demonstrated that she is gonna do what she damn well pleases. Stubborn and head strong/ hot headed and throws a tantrum if she does not get her way.
Intimidated by a room full of men ? Absolutely not, that's her specialty. She thought she had the magic sauce and she and Fotis were going to walk off into the sunset
Now she plays the victim - and in a sense she is - but she has victimized herself
She is the victim of her own vanity, her own lack of moral compass and her own bad judgement

I still send screenshots of stuff on social media when they claim that the REAL accomplice got immunity…and yet, they also maintain that Jennifer isn’t necessarily even dead, so, which is it, Troconis bimbos?

Kudos on doing all that, I cannot be bothered by the ignorance of the entire family and their supporters. They never wanted to believe that conspiracy to murder even exists as a charge and frankly since then its been downward spiral of delusion for all of them.

"Peculiar".....I frankly think its been obviously 'HOSTILE" and to the point where its unprofessional and rude. We have had reframing, rephrasing, criticism of questions, derision and I'm sure if we were there in person we would see extensive eye rolling and huffing and puffing. Not seen this from a Judge in a long time.

I think the judge already knows what he is going to do. Michi looks like she knows, too
