I went back to the beginning in the threads....re-reading a number of posts and ideas...

Found one of the early posts by a FORMER teacher at NCCS....Since I couldn't get the quote function to work I copied it and will past here:

"Throughout the entire year, he was not to be at school at the same time as his children, as per the court-ordered supervision rules.

I do not know if it was a court-ordered ban or a school-implemented rule, but I do know that towards the end of the year (after he broke the no-contact with his children in school rule multiple times and took them off the school bus on an unapproved, unsupervised date), he was not to be permitted on campus. Perhaps because him breaking his restrictions on school grounds made the school liable and certainly caused problems/complications for the admin, teachers, and children. FD's behavior and disregard for the law continues to shock me. To place the school your children attend in this legal nightmare is deplorable. NO ONE who cares for their kids would stoop to this behavior, IMO. Something is very wrong with FD. How could anyone think this was okay?

I just re-read this laughable excuse of a defense strategy:

"FD's defense team wants the medical records to evaluate whether 'Ms. Dulos, alarmed by her diagnosis and fearing that she might not be able to raise the children on her own, took steps to cause her own disappearance in such a way as to raise suspicions about Mr. Dulos.'”

If someone were afraid they weren't able to raise children on their own, why would they disappear? It makes no sense whatsoever. Absolutely devoid of logic.

Add the fact that she had local support, a nanny, as well as an actively engaged mother, and had been raising the children on her own all along, they are seriously lacking a defense at all. You'd think someone as "creative" as Norm Pattis would be able to do better than that! Makes me laugh.

Have we heard about or seen any videos of KM or MT that day? I believe MT was spotted shopping and of course the Odyssey of Idiocy but any other videos?
Seems to me other cameras would have picked up these two as well as FD. LE tight lipped about any other players. I wonder if KM has a criminal lawyer for his potential involvement with JD disappearance. Unless I missed it, KM just fell off the face of the earth. I guess he has plenty of his own troubles both with and without FD. I wonder if FD has been introduced to Mr. Gas Can Crowbar? Could he be the missing link? LE probably has viewed those videos a thousand times, trying to identify “familiar” faces.

If we had bottomless means and permission, we’d bulldoze every one of his properties, conduct group searches of the woods around his properties and Waveny, we’d luminal and the new tool that scans floors and walls, every single surface interior/exterior, including, homes, cars, garage door openers, toilet handles, door knobs, etc, drain every body of water, talk to hundreds of people in Hartford and at Waveny Park, Welles Lane, JC, New Canaan Country Day, Sturbridge, we’d call the dumpster companies, lawn service companies, liquor stores, gas stations, bug repellent companies, Pool companies, grocery stores, window washers, shipping companies, Home Depot in Norwalk, mail person, rental car agencies, passport office, package deliverers, interview the employees at the car wash (he paid $250 in cash for wash, I bet anything he slipped an employee the remaining $250 he took out at bank next door as a bribe not to say anything about the blood in the truck), inventory JF’s And FD’s towels, pillows, mops, trash bags, sponges, find out their brands, cross-reference with her cc receipts and bank statements, FD’s and MT’s as well, we’d interview every single tradesperson he’s ever hired , past employees, banks, talk to every single person he and Michelle were ever friends with on Facebook (Including those that unfriended them), every person for whom he built a house, all restaurants and stores they frequented, hair and nail salons, Massage parlors, Doctors/dentists whom treated them (especially for poison ivy with general questions), realtors, people who’ve looked at their homes for sale, we’d basically take their cc/phone statements and contact every person and company listed for years back, we’d scour every blog for names and every court record for names and interview them including attorneys (again asking general questions.) The list goes on and on and on. We’d use all of the cutting edge technology to search for dear Jennifer!

Again, I know LE has this but I guarantee we’d make an impact!

So interesting to see that it appears that the 'working relationship' such as it was between Atty Weinstein and Atty Bowman has evaporated. Poof!

The idea that a plaintiff wouldn't be entitled to view a motion being filed by Atty. Bowman on behalf of MT is ludacris as well as not in line with court protocol.

The move by Atty Bowman is frankly worthy of something we might expect to see from Atty. Norman Pattis, so this whole move now has me scratching my head and wondering is Atty. Norman Pattis now directing the defense of MT as well?

This move by Atty Bowman is a stunner and goes way beyond the fact that MT invoked her 5th amendment right and allegedly answered NO questions in her last trip to civil court to be deposed by Atty Weinstein. I wonder if this move by Atty Bowman and MT confirms that MT and FD continue to communicate and are in fact coordinating their defense actions as co-defendants? Something is up IMO and I really wonder what it might be for Atty Bowman to toss his prior arrangement with Atty Weinstein out the window and claim to not even be willing to share his motion with the Plaintiff in the case? You are correct that it was interesting to see Atty Weinstein infer that MT did in fact pick up her daughter from school. My recollection of AW 2 was that when pressed MT seemed to have a fuzzy recollection about her daughter being picked up from school and I believe MT said she might have picked her daughter up from school. My guess is that Atty Weinstein knows exactly where MT was and what she was doing which is why he said what he said in the motion!

IS MT a legal resident of the State of CT? Is MT daughter a legal resident of the State of CT?


Did FD or the FORE Group pay any portion of MT daughter school fees to the EW school while MT daughter resided with MT at 4Jx? If so, were such fees paid by FD personally or FORE Group? Did FD or FORE Group donate in the name of MT or FD to the EW School?


Did FORE/FD provide paperwork for MT to retain her residency in the US, in the event that she is NOT a US Citizen? If not, why?

After reading posts such as these and JD's blogs, I seriously doubt anybody ever stood up to FD, and if they did, he'd 'take care of them'. JD wrote he wanted to drop a brick through the roof of a client's house. What else did he want to do? Wonder how many people he threatened over the years.
