In the SW, where it lists her electronic devices found from her master bedroom, it's listed with items that had blood on them. Notably, however, it doesn't specifically say those items had blood on them, as it does for every other item in the list. Is it possible they connected those items, for evidentiary value but not because they had blood on them?

Did he really traipse through her house, touching a couple things as he did so? Why? What would he gave been looking for?

Now we know what FD was wearing in the surveillance videos. Warrant states they are looking for:

black cap with white emblem on front
white t-shirt with circular black pattern (as seen in surveillance images-[crossed out: attached to the affadavit]
Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers

HEY: Was MT wearing Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers at some point, maybe on 5/31 when arrested? I thought I saw this but haven't gone back to check.

This is also good news, that the surveillance video is so good they can see the white emblem on the cap and the circular pattern on the t-shirt. Must have good facial and other recognition too, not going to get out of this one. (does not say which surveillance- likely Albany since that is high res. Thurnton Drive surveillance isn't as good resolution, can't see if cargo box is on top of FD Suburban for example, but can see consistency with MT crash damage)

OK I think I got the situation with the 2 blood stained Weathertec liners.

1; JD's Weathertec liner from her Suburban was left by FD and MT the night of 5/24 on Albany

2. The Weathertec liner from FDs Suburban was seized on 5/31 per this warrant. It ALSO had blood on it. Does not say if it is JDs blood of course.
IF IT IS JDs BLOOD: that means that either JDs body or some bloody evidence was transported in the back of FDs Suburban at some point.

This could have been in the afternoon of 5/24 when supposedly MT took the Suburban instead of the Cherokee because it was "easier to take the Suburban the way it was parked" and drove away from 80MS for 1+ hours.

The hard thing is there is no date or time associated with the Thurnton Drive surveillance spotting of FDs Suburban in the search warrant. It could have been on that Wednesday 5/22 when he went down for dinner with the kids, he could have gone there after he left and was scoping out the back woods there.
Of course, it could have been that morning. That would suggest KM? (or another accomplice also involved)

When it gets to trial, the defense would love nothing more than to confuse the jurors, just one juror in fact. Reasonable doubt if it COULD BE the case that KM did it, or MT, or OJ, or aliens.

But there's a problem with that.

You don't shave your head in advance of a clean up no one expected.

He may have had help in the commission and the clean up and the disposal, but the murder, I hang that squarely on his shaved head.

If he was supposed to take her to that shallow grave but things went crazy, that would explain the hasty clean up and all the events that followed afterwards.
Remember that until last week we knew nothing about Lawyers involvement.

Given the timing, I think Fotis may have left Jennifer somewhere near the Pound Ridge Home. It would be 20 mins to Pound Ridge from Latham Rd. That's about 11;30am. It's an hour and a half to Farmington, so there are roughly 30 to 40 missing minutes. imo.

The Defense can say anything the want to out of court, however anything stated in court has to be backed up by proof. He could stand outside on a corner and claim FD has ESP, relatives within the royal family, and that he himself has special magical lawyer powers! If his mouth is moving NP is lying.

I hope they have additional footage, pun intended, of these two evil geniuses, sporting, cavorting and destroying additional evidence while free on bail.

What really aggrieves me, besides EVERYTHING IN THIS CASE, is smug, velvet-coated FD, knowing what he's done and not done, wishing Jennifer and her family, a happy holiday. That is sick to a level I can't stomach.

Prison is too nice for him.

Maybe FD was looking in her master bedroom for her journal. I wonder how many of them he destroyed. A raging narcissist would be very threatened by a written record.... Jennifer was a writer, one of many things he belittled her for.

Why else would he risk going that far into her home? What was he looking for? What did he take? What didn't he take? (He left her electronic devices.) I hate everything he did, and I hate that he did it in her home, the safe place she tried to create for her family.

That man needs a bell on him so he can't sneak up on anyone. Not sure I have great faith in his ankle bell.

I can't find it now but someone thought Michelle has been wearing Converse Chuck Taylors on the day of her first arrest and she was, red ones, low tops. I noticed it back then because it seemed later that day she had managed to change into different sneakers. Did police seize the first pair or did she go change? Also she seemed to be seething with jealousy of the superior in every way, kindhearted Jennifer. She styled her hair after her, wouldn't surprise me if she tried to wear same sneakers, etc. MT is a very insecure and pathological woman who only goes after rich men who are committed to others. She validates her weak and empty self by stealing them away. MOOO.
