OW outside the courtroom again if anyone is interested. No other immediate family here that I've seen.

Radster, my money's on your theory number 2, with an addition of further input from another party later in the night (moving body slightly so not as obvious, without changing position because rigor had set in) once aware the useless kids had stuffed something up AGAIN
Having said that I still want justice to take its proper and thorough course, so there is no room for reasonable doubt, and so innocent children and the public can be protected, and other potential romantic interests can be well aware of the very real danger of paddling in this poo l

Absolutely spot on. I made the mistake of chewing up a Zoloft pill once to see if it would work faster, and HOT DAMN never again! Burns worse than eating a whole chilli. So I think we can discount that theory.

Thankyou for that info. I wonder why they taste so hot? Doc? Is it to discourage people chewing them.

I wish we could see the photos being referred to! The beard and car crash would have come as little surprise to investigating officers I imagine.

Court now looking at pic of patch of redness on accused's chest called injury number 4 #badenclay

I did ask yesterday, but are the photos of the scratches clear. I am guessing they would be, its just that we only saw grainy images. Also did it look like he had shaven that morning? I wonder if he is partly hiding in the dock to hide his scars from these scratches as he no longer has his beard.

Injury number 5 are marks under accused's shoulder/near armpit #badenclay

Prof Wells says there is a disappointingly sparse amount of scientific literature on shaving injuries. #badenclay

Yeah, because who goes to a doctor for a shaving cut?

Ali, fluoxetine (aka Prozac) is the same, medication is presented in a gel-coated capsule and I can tell you if you swallow the little suckers dented or dry or with coffee and some of that powder inside gets on your throat, it is not a pleasant experience, + heartburn for hours to go with it. Cold drink and plenty of is required.

Circumstantial evidence may be compared to rope, a thick piece of cord made up of a number of strands of fibre. Not one of those strands alone may have very much strength, but when those strands are taken together the strength of the rope may be very great." - Justice Hunt, trial of Ivan Milat.

Thanks BJsleuth for this info on your signature, thought I would highlight it.

Prof Well asked if injury 4 consistent with vigorous scratching. Replies "the extent of bruising would be pretty unusual". #badenclay

I wonder how much of the evidence presented during this hearing will be released to the public. I'm astounded at how much has been released yesterday and today in relation to Jill Meagher (some I think should NEVER have been published in MSM).

Prof Wells said it would be very unusual to have scratched an itch and caused the scrapes and bruising on Baden-Clay's chest. #badenclay

You're welcome. Hopefully there will be "enough rope"
