He could be one of those three killers in the Ramsey`s house and also try find him today. I `m still guessing the three were John `s ex-employees were from the Philippines , and were fired and why they wanted John `s Christmas bonus money. ' In finding the

ex-employees names in 1996 to track them down.and finding their relatives

It is frustrating that he is just allowed to propagate the lies unquestioned / unchallenged by the media when being interviewed. But I guess they're still too afraid of getting sued. Those of us who know the case know he's lying. All the newbies drawn to this case by the Netflix show do not.
The Netflix show did raise a lot of interest, but many of us who've followed the case for decades always felt the lies came mainly from the BPD. In fact, most people I know who paid attention back then have come around and admitted that the family was likely not involved.

But, there are a few who are still hanging on to the BPD's (and the tabloid's) tales like a pit bull with a favorite bone.

No theory has been proven to be true or false.
No-ones guilt has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
No-one is eliminated as a suspect.
So no theory should be regarded as less worthy of discussion than some other.

Regardless where and when it comes from. People should be able to form their opinions by their own beliefs and those beliefs should be respected, even if they do not align with yours.

Some believe it was Patsy, some believe it was John. Some believe Burke and some an intruder/friend. And they are all welcomed ideas that help us keep an open mind and see others perspectives too. Don't they? So wouldn't it be more fair to say "people believe in different theories", see it as a good thing in a sleuthing forum, and accept it?

I see no reason why we all should believe the same. Unless we are here for the reason to make others believe exactly what we do. But that would be wrong, right?

I apologize. I was just trying to get across the idea that many who still believe the Ramseys were somehow involved were victims of tabloids, and not the real evidence.

There is unknown male DNA mixed with JBR's blood -- in her panties! Right in the crotch of her panties--and there are two composite spots with the same DNA.

It's very clear that whoever's DNA that is mixed with JBR's blood, is the likely killer.

I just don't understand why some people keep ignoring that. But, I could have put it better, so I'm sorry about that.

Good post and it gets us back on the right track.

We can share our ideas and theories and stick to the facts.

Thanks for this!

There is no real evidence out there available for us to support any theory beyond a reasonable doubt, is there?

I do not see myself as a victim of an tabloid. I haven't even read one since I live in another country and JonBenet's case has never been discussed here publicly. I base my theory on what is available for me to know. I read, see and learn. We lack a lot of evidence, no matter what theory one believes.

Yes, there is unknown DNA, but that is not a proof of an intruder - it can be explained in multiple ways.
I'm not ignoring the DNA, most of us here don't ignore it, IMO, as I have noticed. But as long as we do not know the actual source of the DNA, and we do not have a match, we can discuss in both ways - whether it is significant to the case or it is not significant to the case. Both ways are correct and should be discussed.

We can point to the DNA as EVIDENCE only if we one day finally learn the true story behind it and can state it as a fact. Until that day it is just a matter of opinion.

FYI IIRC the Ramsey’s did one or two stories with the tabloids…. “National Inquirer?” Dunno how much they were paid. Maybe it’s around that time they were living in the trailer park and were strapped for cash.

Also… back in the day, those tabloid reporters were the highest paid and were pursued by “catch and kill” politicians, companies, millionaires…routinely.

The Philippines does not yet have a Criminal DNA Database.

As I see it, they only recently authorized its creation, so it would be difficult to find in this supposed database, which does not yet exist, the DNA of someone who committed this crime in the United States so many years ago. IMHO

I’ve read most books related to this case, and followed closely. I’ve never seen mention of a theory on the part of the Rs nor LE that the killer is from the Philippines.
Have I missed something?

You haven't missed anything actually. It's just a fellow websleuther who fervently insists that the DNA found in JB belongs to a Filipino criminal, go figure

I don't really think so. Not a real theory that got any traction at any rate.

Agree. But does anyone know if the student who cared for Doug Stine was ever questioned? IIRC he was live in nanny. Was DS special needs?
This student was of Asian descent?

That interview was interesting in the beginning - but towards the end my “bias’ meter was going off…
