If the evidence of the DNA`s are not ever found by the time of Christmas time, I`m going to it was Burke that did it. JR and PR wouldn't cover each other up but would cover Burke up
:(

THIS CASE COULD BE SOLVED IN THE Philippines Criminal DATA BASE DNA?Yes in finding the matching to the male`s DNA was found on JonBenét Ramsey's clothing and a weapon in the 1996 murder case

Yes, I meant Lou :). I still disagree on the concept that Lou was presenting evidence for the defense. The evidence he presented benefited the defendants but he got that evidence while working for the prosecutor on his behalf. In a grand jury the defense does not present any evidence as was in this case. Lou wanted to present his findings because he felt that the "police work (his investigation in behalf of the prosecutor)" showed that the letter was not the only evidence available and he strongly believed that a stranger had entered the house based on the evidence he saw at the house.
Completely agree. Whomever it ended up helping wasn’t his goal. His goal was the truth. He pointed out observations he had made about the crime scene based only on pictures. But they were excellent observations! Ones that the LE involved failed to do. Again, the officers in charge of the case made a lot of mistakes and Lou’s investigation highlighted that.

Going to have to disagree. I'm sure that initially his goal was to find the truth. But he got in too deep with the Ramseys and his ability to look at the case and the evidence from an objective point of view was compromised. His goal then became to prove the Ramsey's innocence. He resigned and then went to work for the Ramseys.

I don't think it's accurate to say that he made observations that LE did not. Oh, he proved that someone COULD climb through the broken window, but he did not prove that someone did. LE checked that out early on and realized that because of the presence of debris and cobwebs that were undisturbed, the window was not an entry point. Lou however pressed on with his theory despite what the facts showed. He used pictures of the south side of the house near where the window well was to say that the police were wrong about snow being present. But his reasoning was flawed by the fact that those pictures were taken hours after police had arrived. It was still dark when police got there, still a dusting of snow and frost on the ground. Lou wasn't there that morning. He based his conclusions off of pictures and some of his theories simply did not hold water and were easily debunked.

If his "evidence" was so compelling why didn't the jury buy it?

THE RANSOM LETTER
The two gentlemen watching over your daughter do not particularly like you ?

Two foot prints found near JonBenét`s body ? Some say the prints were maybe from the cops but you never know?

I can't take anyone seriously who still believes the family was involved. I sure do hope her killer is found before John dies.

Why would some small foreign faction located in Philippines be interested of killing a random 6-year-old girl in USA in 1996?
A small foreign faction currently operating in the Philippines is likely to be a remnant of the Abu Sayyaf group; a militant organization with ties to ISIS, known for kidnappings

I caught part of Trish’s YouTube live last night, she was focussing on the ransom letter. The ransom letter alone should make you believe Patsy wrote it.
That’s how anyone can seriously believe the family was involved.
I encourage you to go watch it.

Mr. Ramsey,

Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction. We do respect your bussiness [sic] but not the country that it serves. At this time we have your daughter in our posession [sic]. She is safe and unharmed and if you want her to see 1997, you must follow our instructions to the letter.

You will withdraw $118,000.00 from your account. $100,000 will be in $100 bills and the remaining $18,000 in $20 bills. Make sure that you bring an adequate size attache to the bank. When you get home you will put the money in a brown paper bag. I will call you between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery. The delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested. If we monitor you getting the money early, we might call you early to arrange an earlier delivery of the money and hence a [sic] earlier delivery pick-up of your daughter.

Any deviation of my instructions will result in the immediate execution of your daughter. You will also be denied her remains for proper burial. The two gentlemen watching over your daughter do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them. Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I., etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded. If we catch you talking to a stray dog, she dies. If you alert bank authorities, she dies. If the money is in any way marked or tampered with, she dies. You will be scanned for electronic devices and if any are found, she dies. You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with law enforcement countermeasures and tactics. You stand a 99% chance of killing your daughter if you try to out smart [sic] us. Follow our instructions and you stand a 100% chance of getting her back.

You and your family are under constant scrutiny as well as the authorities. Don't try to grow a brain John. You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. Don't underestimate us John. Use that good southern common sense of yours. It is up to you now John!

Victory!

Sounds like THE RANSOM LETTER IS from a small foreign faction?

will result in your daughter being beheaded.?

No, the ransom letter doesn't make me believe Patsy wrote it.

The killer is either someone who knew the family or property quite well - or it is a bona fide super creep like Dennis Rader.

By the way he used to call his genitals ”Sparky” and at least once disgustingly described it as ”Sparky Big Time” SBT - add a C for Christmas and you have SBTC.

So if I would do a crime and say that I was Santa. I must be believed to be a Santa?

Sorry I do not believe that a small foreign faction coming from the Philippines and working for the ISIS would call themselves a "small foreign faction". And do that in a ransom note. Also I can not see a global terrorist group asking for a 118.000 dollars. That would even be strangely small amount for an individual, not to say for a "small foreign faction" and especially for a world known terrorist organization like ISIS.

I do not know of any other case in history where a "small foreign faction" terrorist group naming themselves a "small foreign faction" (not ISIS or something to refer to power) in a ransom demand letter, would come from the Philippines (or any other country outside of USA) just to kidnap/murder a random little child on Christmas night and go through all this trouble and planning for such an insignificant amount of money.

May I ask, what do you see as the purpose of all that and why it would be worth the risk?

Although, I still would not buy that theory if they would have asked for millions.

IMO

I agree. Just not likely. The more I think about the fake ransom note - the more I become convinced the killer wanted to watch the commotion in the Ramsey household first hand - this was the torture they were enjoying the most.

It was predictable that Patsy Ramsey would react in this manner - she needed support, she needed to share - poor woman, the things she would go through for this personality trait. If one deems her innocent (I’m 99.9% sure), the horrors she would go through are just unbelievable and no amount of Nordstrom products could ever make up for it. In fact, that’s what made people dislike her more. She was trying to preserve some semblance of dignity by being flawless, but if she would instead have shown herself in a less privileged state, that would have made people see that she was a woman who was soon going to her death knowing that everybody blamed her for this terrible murder. That is a living HELL.

The suspect can be found in this group IMO:
Neighbors, friends, churchgoers, pageant-associates, teachers, colleagues or LE would qualify. IMHO

<modsnip - quoted post was an unapproved source>

I've always leaned in an RDI direction but could be swayed either way with the right evidence no matter how gray. But he's really pushing hard for advanced DNA testing lately as if he just wants to muddy the waters up more in his twilight years to take more heat off himself and immediate family. Knowing full well it won't lead anywhere

Yes, I believe that this is exactly why he is doing it. He knows it won't lead anywhere, but it keeps everyone thinking about it to keep busy, and also makes him seem like a good father who will never give up for fighting for the justice for his daughter.
