I will. He was supposed to call my friend this morning. I’m currently at the hospital waiting for someone to get out of surgery so I haven’t heard if he’s called yet.

@PayrollNerd , I’m not sure about FL, but in my state (SC) they have a “Hand Of one is the hand of ALL” way of looking at murder and I think that RW and MW would have been charged right along with Tony if it were here. I covered a local case when I worked at a paper where a guy murdered someone in a store and the man who was just there got charged. Maybe it hinges on what they knew at the time but I know they consider that if someone just stands by as it happens, they are guilty too.

It seems that both Robert and MW were only charged with accessory after the fact to a capital felony, and Robert also charged with tampering with evidence, on allegations he helped his brother toss Tillman’s body in the bed of the truck.

I too wish Florida had the Hand of One is the hand of all rule because I don't think all the breaks in the world would help this group. Robert could not even follow his conditions of bail release and talked to TJ on the phone!

I'm also recalling that Robert was the driver when TJ beat another man with a crowbar after an incident of road rage earlier in the spring. All I can think is that if Robert or Mary were ever to speak up and warn others they are in danger, TJ would probably shoot them too. I've never seen anything like this. It's sick. It's evil. It's messed up.:(

At this point, LE must be satisfied that neither MW or Robert knew anything of Tony having the intentions to commit murder, even if they knew he was armed? As we’ve discussed before, I think this is a rage incident, possibly, very likely, meth fueled, and nobody knew what was to happen.

I know that they had a crapload of Marijuana in the truck they were in that night. But pot ain't gonna make ya kill someone. So I wouldn't be shocked if they had other stuff on them too. I don't know what all the dabbled in, but I know for sure marijuana was one of them.

The weed might explain the McDs trip but I doubt it’s a catalyst for murder.

Cell phone and electronics search warrants under Mary Whittemore. This one is for a person with the initials CE.
Case : 2020CF005655A000XX
Welcome to Polk Records Online, the Polk County Clerk of Court’s consolidated case records search application. Please select from the available options.
Thanks for the new docs.

I recognized the names of Robert and his gf but didn't recognize BS until reading the statements and recalled the third party, BS, was the owner of the truck driven the night of the murder (i.e., cousin of Robert & TJ).

This SW was for their actual phones and the content of the phones. It makes sense authorities would request all of this information for evidence of the multi-murders.

If only the defendants all stayed home and played with game apps on those extra phones located inside TJ's trailer. :(

This is most definitely one of those "you are judged by the company you keep" moments your parents warned you about. I have no doubt these two young ladies were not expecting to be dragged into this Sh*t Show. Especially since neither of them likely knew what had gone down that night until later. I am sure the cousin was/is furious about losing her truck for evidence. That's gotta be painful. The other girl sounds too young/dumb to comprehend the enormity of what she's gotten herself into by association.

I have no actual knowledge of the area but just a perception of an area where a cousin will gladly lend you their vehicle with the expectation you will return it clean and with a full tank of gas for the courtesy.

I can't help but think that the truck engine allegedly stolen by KS could not be worth more than $3-$4K and that was the value of 3 lives on July 17. I'm sure I've overstated the value too.

I’ve met and talked to CE and yes you are right. She is just as young and dumb as she sounds. Doesn’t have a lick of sense to her. Wants to run her mouth and talk about things she knows nothing about.

Thanks @Katerz for sharing your local knowledge with us. I've never experienced anything like this before. I can't even be angry anymore. I think each of these individuals participating must be in a place that I do not comprehend.

I want to be brutally honest here for a minute if that’s okay. Knowing these people is very exhausting. Mainly because when I’m sitting down with these people and this case gets talked about with the ones that are involved, the victims here get lost. There’s no sadness for them. There’s no sadness for their families. All there is is “my son misses his daddy” and “I feel bad because I can’t put money on the phone for Robert to call” and “he’s going to miss his son’s birthday”. There’s isn’t any “Those guys didn’t deserve to die like that”.. which upsets me. No one deserves to die the way they did. Robert, TJ and Mary all put themselves into this situation. Period. If Robert misses his son’s birthday, TOUGH CRAP! He played a role in this, there’s no remorse for it, let him sit in prison. TJ possibly facing death penalty.. GOOD! HE EXECUTED 3 YOUNG MEN!

I sincerely agree with you but I’m not surprised that there is a lack of empathy among those folks since people are likely to put their immediate concerns first. People who commit crimes like this, as well as those who support them, are very narcissistic.

In regards to Robert, if he wasn't such an ***, oops, I mean idiot, and didn't take the phone call from TJ he'd still be out on bail to celebrate his son's birthday and not need money for phone calls while he's in jail. Idiots, all of them.
Keven's children will never again get to celebrate another birthday with his dad there. I have no sympathy for Robert, TJ, Mary or the rest of them.

Yes it's very exhausting. Sometimes when I'm sitting there listening I just kind of have to block it out. I totally agree that it's Robert's own fault that he's back in. He knew the phone calls were being recorded. And he also knew that he wasn't supposed to have contact with anyone else involved with the case. It's just frustrating. The Robert I know is actually a nice guy.. but everyone can put on an act. I just don't know anymore. I'm waiting to find out what happened during his last court appearance. But I don't usually come out and ask for the info, it's usually volunteered to me. I do know Robert snitched.. that's a fact. He was faced with the evidence and they kept saying do this for your son. Think of your son. blah blah blah. He did the right thing by actually telling the truth of what happened, but it's still a horrible thing.
