left,

you and I are on the same page. We are like minded.

Early on I remember hearing about a gym bag found in a dumpster. After that we heard nothing more about it.

Whoa...........that news was broadcasted back when this happened, they dug an old gymbag out of a dumpster, i guess at the place where the car was found. I don't know if it was connected to the perp or not.

Interesting: thanks

I wonder when the dumpsters are emptied at HOTG.

I wonder what was in the gym bag. Good to see LE went through the dumpsters at HOTG. I wish they would have kept JK's garbage.

I wonder if that gymbag is even connected to this case.

thanks

Thats what I was wondering, I have tried to identify the object the perp is carrying behind his back, there is a good possibility its the gymbag. I don't get why he felt it necessary to carry it behind his back. They found something else too, but I don't recall what it was.

True, great minds think a like.

Since day one, I always asked for LE to do a re-enactment with different size models walking past that camera. However, I don't think LE has done that to this date. Oh well.

PLus, I'd love to know the route that Bo tracked back to Mosiac. Just to see how aware of the area the POI was and is. It tells a lot, especially if he took a short cut, or hopped a fence, to avoid the main guard gate. that is not a first time visitor to a complex. imo

I'd love to know if behind Mosaic were trails for mountain bikers, joggers, or if homeless lived back there or what.

ARe you stating you agree with the estimate of 5"4?

My point is this. IF that POI was my brother, my father, my best friend, I believe I could recognize him. The KEsse's also believe this, and have stated such. Do you disagree with this?

I posted a couple of days ago that the police should confirm the methodology they used, and the FBI at the least reviewed, to get that estimate. I'm also agreeing with I believe your call to get an independent verification. It is beyond comprehension that the height could be that of the average male and no one in law enforcement knows it.

I defer to you and the Kesse's on the recognization of someone close from the picture. I was just saying there's not much to recognize, but certainly it's out there and if someone can recognize it, I hope they will call (and collect a reward I would hope).

But if the height is off by even a couple of inches, so that it could be a 5'7" person, then the police need to act quickly and confirm or revise their information.

In one of the video's I posted, it shows how LE estimated the height.

LE had one person next to the camera in the perch of the poolhouse holding a rope.

LE extended the rope down to the gate, and through to the second officer who was standing next to a short, female officer.

The female officer was standing in a "stance" similar to the POI, and the one LE held the rope in one hand, and a large, tall board, which listed heights in black lettering.

If you want, I will do some research and find the link.

I don't know however, if this was checked using lasers, or if an independent test was done. All I witnessed was this one test, which is on the video.

As for recognizing the video. You are right, it is very difficult to recognize whomever it is. I agree. I just think that if it was someone very close to me, I probably could recognize them, if I suspected them, and I had the right height, and I knew they were working or living in the area.

Yes, I agree it is difficult to believe the POI is of average height and LE missed it. However, more and more people keep on posting that they are suspicious of the height. Considering this case is ice cold, why not triple or quadruple check it with lasers or a prof. surveyor.

LE said, he had his arm behind his back, carrying something. There is an object there. Please describe what you do see. Under his right arm I believe is the shipping envelope with the cell phone in it. What do you believe the extra creases/wires, or whatever down at the knee are?

  • #349
Beyond Belief, I see creases in the baggy pants. I see the right arm swinging back with a clenched fist. Sorry, I don't see a gym bag or an envelope.

Has anyone else found it interesting that Jennifer's car has dirt all around the area by the tires? It hadn't rained for several days prior to the discovery of Jennifer's car at Huntington On The Green Condominiums. I wonder if Jennifer's car was driven down a dirt road. There are dirt roads in the central Florida area.

Has the perpetrator been interviewed by LE?

Has the perpetrator had a polygraph test?

Did the perpetrator firstly park his own car at HOTG and then walk to Mosaic. This was part of his plan. The dog followed this scent later.

Was there really a guard on the gate every minute of that morning. Was the guard off for a toilet break at the critical time? Did the guard cover his absense by saying he never saw anything?
Did the guard take more notice of incoming vehicles than ones going out?

Is the perpetrator and the poi/suspect the same person?

Was the car dropped by someone thinking he was doing the perpetrator a favor? Was this 'someone' also an illegal immigrant and was too scared to come forward or he fled because of all the publicity?

Is the person who dropped the car still alive?

None of these thoughts are connected.

I'm just thinking outside the box.

Does anyone have a link to an article written last year saying Law Enforcement determined that the amount of gas in Jennifer's car was about right from her traveling to work from Fort Lauderdale and then back home to her condo?

I really don't believe that the suspect traveled very far in Jennifer's car that morning. I think it is very doubtful that the suspect filled up Jennifer's car with gas.

I don't have a link, but I do know the statement "that JK filled up in Ft. Lauderdale, drove back to Orlando and work, then home, and the amount of gas is about right" is correct. I believe the tank was about half full.

I agree that the POI probably didn't put gas in the car. I would agree that the POI probably didn't drive that car much.

YEs, we did notice the dirt in the front left quarter panel. I wonder if the dirt can be tied to the construction site behind JK's condo?

Has LE tried to test this theory, or are they waiting for a crime scene or more evidence?

I don't have a link for the statement about the gas gauge level in her car but it said 'the gauge was about right' for her driving from Fort Lauderdale to Westgate and back to Mosaic.

I agree that the car was most likely only driven a short distance.

I'll see if I can find some info on it.

I changed some of the settings on this poi pix which I know they really don't want us to do, but after now looking at this photos with the massive discussion we had a year ago, fresh eyes are welcome. They, the le, claimed he had his arms behind him as in the first poi photo. well, whatever. here's the photo darkened.

Wow!!!!!

Good job BB

Can we believe what we see?

With it darkened, it looks like he is carrying an envelope with his right hand, (which would explain why his hand is clenched), that he has a stocking cap on.

In all the pictures, there is definitely something between his legs. As if, he is carrying something in his left hand, such as a bag or something

Interesting. Very interesting.

Good job! Looks to me that the person is swinging their arms as they walk. Appears to be in a hurry. Does not look as if the arms are behind the back to me. Dark shoes, either khaki pants or light colored jeans white t-shirt or polo. Could be a ball cap of some sort maybe on backwards or, does the POI have dark hair that is pulled up in a bun?

I think the "sedarkened" is the best picture, imo

Ps you convinced me he is carrying some type of envelope in his hand.

However, with the hat, there may be bleed over, so, it's hard to say, but, it could be a stocking cap.

It had been decided that the arm behind him was his left arm and the right was bent forward holding something. Those creases in the pants, well maybe, I sort of thought it was maybe the strap of her purse that he was carrying, but now I think he would have disposed of her things longbefore he got to parking the car. See we couldn't figure how LE new he was involved, we were thinking he was carrying her things, now that has all changed that we know he was seen.
