This makes me think he did not do it while boys were asleep. Maybe he argued with mom n boys ran in to help n he stabbed them. This would explain all bodies being in same room. It might also explain why there was only 1 wound to each boy. Maybe he didn’t want to kill them just fight them off. I doubt it tho bc then he’d have most likely called 911 straightaway. Maybe he didn’t expect boys to wake up n was planning on making it look like an intruder. Blood splatter will tell everything.
I thought they said a family member spoke with her on Dec 27? If correct, I wonder what they were doing from the 15th when eviction notice was posted, til then. And when do they physically force someone out after notice is posted? I thought evictions didn’t happen until after months of nonpayment.
Yeah if he only made 100 false claims n I bet there were many more over the years, we’re already into the $1.1 million range, just in fees. I think they said he made at least $100,ooo- $200,000 in false claims n each claim was for probably around $100. That’s thousands of claims. Even if he only made 1000 false claims that would be $11 million he would owe in fees. There were clients he saw once a week or twice a month that he charged five days a week for, etc. some on days the clinic wasn’t even open. each claim is separate. another fee.
