Her normal phone activity did not stop at Dale's condo.
When then?

I agree the most likely scenario is Dale killed Michelle. Here is how I believe it took place....Michelle brought the twinners in and they let them watch a movie someone was there and watchedwhile while Dale and Michelle went to "talk" in the garage. A argument ensued and Dale took things too far. Now he went into panic mode and he got plastic to wrap Michelle in and moved her vehicle into the garage to cover up the crime. He now needed an alibi so he took his vehicle with Michelle in the back to his parents while whoever his house guest was helped him cover up the crime... This "helper" drove the Hummer which had Michelle's phone in it. Dale quickly dropped the kids off at his parents and was seen at 430 briefly before leaving to help hide the rest of the evidence. JMO Am I getting warmer?
When then?
So let's look at what we have so far. What do you have on your list of pros and cons. As you have stated your still"on the fence" do you have such a list? That may be a great starting point...JMO
She made a text around 4:30.
(In re to the Photobucket pictures)
Are these photos from Dale's facebook page or is this supposed to be Michelle's photobucket?
Any idea who the very dark poses at sunset are with?
The Waterford text?
The Waterford text?
Nope I am not "on the fence" as you put it, that implies I either think Dale did it or not and almost everybody thinks he did it, at least here and at least those who post (still here), and I don't think you are at the stage you can ask people to make a decision or a give verdict if you will. BTW that is the same reason why there is no trial of DS, at least not yet ...
It's Michelle's photobucket, at least it's one of them. The other guy is her ex, good guy I believe. She saved these pictures over many years so IMO he was still very sexual to her. Their son looks just like him.
Jennifer Kessee's abductor had to deal with two vehicles and did it in the morning in daylight. And parked the car near that Mall. Just saying.
Yes..
She did? :waitasec:
Parked her car in full view from a camera near the pool at that apartment complex. Still unsolved. Culprit still on the loose.
Jennifer Kesse was not driving a Hummer H3 with huge decals in the back and side windows. Just saying.
I guess my brain isn't working today because I'm not following you. I thought you wrote we should weigh the evidence look at what we know and don't know... So if you think he's innocent what is your opinion based on?
The Waterford text is thought by many to be bogus. The phone was never in Waterford at the time it was sent--all this has been discussed over and over upthreads. JMO, not a normal phone activity for Michelle, she didn't even call or text her son.
Exactly it is "thought by many" not proof. So I am all for proof that Michelle dd not send the text if you or anyone else has any. My "opinion" is that POSSIBLEY Michelle did not want to pick her brother up so she sent him a quick text saying "Waterford". Also, from what I understand the other two people he texted didn't bother to respond.
Here's a couple of things I would like to know that may point to why Michelle didn't feel like picking up her brother.
1. Was he in the habit of asking for rides?
2. Did he not own a car and why?
3. Was he not able to drive possibly due to some disability?
Sounds like Michelle was on a very tight schedule that day and most likely would not have had time to do anything else.
I don't think is innocent or guilty for that matter, as I have said many times before, I think it is unlikely that if he killed Michelle he did it at the condo, actually impossible IMO because of the timeline and the circumstances surrounding the disappearance. I think whatever happens to Michelle happens after she leaves the condo. IMO
