Because it was stated initially and if I remember correctly he stated that she told him she was going shopping.

There is no proof that Dale was the last person to see Michelle. Many are making assumptions, but zero proof. If there was Dale would be arrested already.

Now IIRC Dale has an in law in the cleaning business. Brother in law who also has a record... I think I read somewhere he specializes in crime scene cleanup...How handy if this is true. ANyone read about this...I'm still going through my notes and looking for a link.

Yes you are correct! It has been over 6 months and there haven't been any witnesses to come forth to state Michelle was seen ANY time after arriving at Dale's...so that WOULD make Dale the LAST person to see her. Pretty clear cut...

Lots of stuff being posted that there is no proof of. The more this happens the more I realize that there is probably not going to be an arrest anytime soon.

Well all he has to do is open up the garage and hide the hummer there until dark...I'd bet good money he moved her vehicle into the garage to store for a while UNLESS like you indicated before his parents or accomplice was there to immediately drive the vehicle away...

Yest it is possible that he put the Hummer in the garage, although all the precedes and follows DS putting MP in the trunk hummer would be a logistical nightmare to make it work as a theory, (let alone prove it) and the reason why he has not been charged with the crime. f IMO

I think it goes as follows:

1. If the police could prove that Dale and only Dale is the last person to have come in contact with Michelle.

and

2. If the police could prove she was killed ie: they find Michelle body and she had been strangled or stabbed to death, whatever ...

Then yes that would logically prove that DS killed Michelle. IMO

I never said Michelle was placed in the Hummer...I believe she was in either Dale's work van or more likely his F150. I can think of quite a few open cases right now where the perp is still free but not for long...Just because someone keeps stating that a person hasn't been charged with a crime YET doesn't mean it ain't gonna happen. With his guilt...There's no such thing as being a "little bit pregnant"...

No, no MUCH easier than that. All DA has to do is prove Dale was last to see her alive and that there is no sign that she is still alive. Check out the 90%+ conviction rate of murder trials where there was no body found. Over 300 cases and they USUALLY get their guy/gal...Here they will get Dale! JMO

JK means Just Kidding. For the record...Nothing anyone has written on here thus far has gotten me upset. I have NO vested interest in this case whatsoever. I'm adult and we can all agree to disagree. All thoughts and opinions are welcome at this site. If I wanted a one sided discussion I'd go to a Michelle only forum. I welcome those who disagree with me....that is how you grow and expand your thoughts, opinions, and theories. If I was making a snide comment you'd know it...seriously I was just kidding around.

That's cool and I appreciate your explanation so thanks. Just for the record just because someone says just kidding doesn't mean that it can't still be taken the wrong way. If there is ever anything you disagree on with me I would rather you just come out and say it and maybe that way we can come to a common ground and possibly find out who did this whether it be Dale or whoever.

No, you right, just because someone has not been charged with a crime does not mean one will never be charged for a crime nor that he will be charged with one. I don't get the "little bit pregnant" analogy here though, There is in fact no statue of imitation for murder.

I just pointed that out to say that may be the police had looked into that theory and found no evidence to support it, that's all.

You right, mine was only to illustrate a point where guilt would be irrefutable.

Yours was an example where guilt is in question and a jury believes the prosecution's contention that "because of this then that".

I don't know here that the police can place Dale as the only person to have seen Michelle alive if six months of investigation and no charges are of any indication.
