Searching out restraining orders, domestic violence etc., against Dale Sr. & Jr. is the way to go, IMO as we already have a little idea of Dale Jr's. history.

I recall seeing that from CFNews Chat live last night and the poster brought the chat information over to WS.

No... it was me that brought that quote over and I got my hand smacked. I was following the chat and actually engaging with the reporter and thought it was interesting. I deleted the post because even though I said it was not known fact, I felt it caused a bit of friction, plus I didn't want to be responsible for starting idle gossip about anyone.

I know the name of the wife who divorced him in 2000. So am I understanding there is another prior to this one and the one he married after he was divorced passed away? So 3 wives??

Holy Cannoli! You guys are good! 2 exes?! One passed away from a brain injury in which relative is suspicious?! I'm really going to be praying hard for MP tonight. :-(

<snipped>

From what I can understand, there was a marriage in 1997 and another one in 2000. I am pretty sure that it is the 2nd ex-wife who passed away due to a brain injury. There is speculation that ex-wife #1 is also deceased. The poster who stated that is looking for the link to back it up. (until we have a link, it is only speculation, so....).

Michelle was never married to him, right? So, technically only 2 ex-wives that I am aware of...

ABC News reports that Michelle Parker's former boyfriend Dale Smith was dishonorably discharged from the Marines where he was court-martialed and convicted of drug possession and domestic battery.

Dale received a dishonorable discharge from the Marines in 2003 following a string of court’s martials including military convictions for drug possession and domestic battery.

Actually he sort of had a marriage drought between 2001 (Shannon's death) and now. Ten years without marrying. Wow. (I slapped myself for being snarky--does that count?)

The term "injury" is what gives me great pause.

I don't consider an injury to be natural, kwim?

I was hoping maybe someone could find evidence of an auto accident or something similar that might explain it.

BBM: I agree ... that is what set my "radar" off when I saw the word "injury"...

Another example would be the word "accident" ... KWIM ?

:waitasec: Words that make you go HMMM ... especially when you have a "missing ex-fiance' " and a deceased wife ... hmm...

MOO ...

I thought I found the 1st wife today....well the one he was divorced from in 1/2000 (I'm not sure if it's his 1st wife or not because I don't know how many times he's been married), but the info I found would indicate she is remarried and not deceased.

Wife #1 - Married DS in 8/1997, divorced from Dale January 2000; she remarried in 2001.

Wife #2 - married to Dale February 2000, married at the time of her death on April 10, 2001.

Is this correct and is there any more?

ETA: added date of 1st marriage.

Sorry, but I'm not buying that... You don't need a Swat team & flash grenades to serve a search warrant.

I have to strongly disagree with your statement that SWAT is not needed to serve a warrant. Serving high-risk warrants is a big part of what SWAT teams do.

Like cerebellum, I am also married to a cop who has served as a SWAT officer. He was called out to serve warrants on quite a few occasions. They don't send SWAT without cause such as threats, a history of violence against officers, stockpiled weapons or explosives, or if innocent people such as children could be in danger.

Another reason that I know they don't send SWAT unless it is necessary is because it is expensive to pay so many officers. My hubby is now the chief, and he spends way more time on budgetary issues than he would like to. Cities are pinching pennies and all city leaders are under pressure to have a very good reason for every dollar spent! :twocents: MOO

When I was looking up the court records today I noticed DS had a couple of cases with his company. He's a roofer with an LLC (doesn't distinquish if it's SR or JR but has the Rose Blvd Address as principal business, etc.).. I had a sick feeling for a little bit because I know someone on here was talking about someone who did construction possibly being a poi in Jennifer Keese's case.

This link is all public record available to anyone who searches www.sunbiz.org

Those are the only 2 I'm aware of.
