I'm wondering why he thinks his kids are in danger? Are the Latin Kings known for killing people's kids for retaliation? Never really thought that any gang would approve of the deliberate killing of innocent children. Pretty sure they weren't too pleased with this statement from LT's brother which puts them in such a bad light.

Hopefully they've written off both of them and are quite happy to see LT get prosecuted for allegedly killing his wife and two children. The Latin Kings should be encouraging LT's brother to get up on that stand and tell the whole truth about what he saw and was told that night.

MOO

That's normal ppl thinking.

Toledo's next door neighbor, Tyshawn Jackson, on the stand. Crying when asked if he had anything to do with the children's or Yesenia's deaths. Replied no.

Didn't Toledo blame Jackson for the death of the children?

Just to refresh everyone's memories,Tyshawn Jackson is the next door neighbor who drove Toledo's car that morning to help Toledo drop Yesenia's car off. Toledo had knocked on Jackson's window early in the morning, around 6:11 am to ask for his help. After dropping off Yesenia's car, Jackson rode back with Toledo but asked to be dropped off at a gas station near their homes, then he walked home. I lived nearby at the time and the gas station is just down the street from their homes. Jackson apparently witnessed Toledo wiping down Yesenia's car at the Publix in Lake Mary (where Toledo left her car) and then dispose of several items in a dumpster (near or at the nearby Mall).

Jackson's testimony, imo, will be huge for this trial.

So Toledo had to dispose of the bodies between 1:00 and 6:11 am.

Toledo told Jackson he "snapped".

Jackson testifying he was asleep and heard a tap on his window. Opened window and Toledo was at window motioning for Jackson to come outside. Toledo was dressed in black--shirt, sweatpants and boots. Toledo asked Jackson to drive his car. Jackson testifying he did not take his phone because he thought he'd be right back.

Jackson testifying when he went next door he waited for Toledo in the driveway and leaned against the Saturn (Toledo's car) and did not notice whether or not the hood was warm. Garage door was open and Yesenia's car trunk was open.

Jackson drove Toledo's car, following Toledo, got on I-4 toward Sanford. They ended up in a Publix parking lot. As Jackson pulled in behind Toledo, he saw Toledo wiping down Yesenia's car with a rag and a spray (Mean Green).

Toledo went to the trunk of the car and got some things, a bag (like a grocery bag) and car mats. Jackson states he was freaking out at that point and just trying to think of a way to get home. They were in the parking lot about 10 minutes. Toledo got in car, telling Jackson to scoot over and put the items in the back seat of the car.

They drove toward home, then turned off toward an apartment complex. Jackson testifying Toledo acted frantic, looking back and forth. Toledo didn't say much but said he "snapped". Jackson didn't ask what he meant, he figured something else happened and just wanted to get home.

Toledo put the items he'd placed in the back seat into the dumpster at the apt complex.

Jackson testifying Toledo then got back into the driver's seat. They then took Hwy 17-92 toward home.

Jackson testifying they passed a trash truck and Toledo muttered "dam". Jackson wasn't sure whether or not the trash truck had picked up the trash or not.

Toledo dropped Jackson off at a 7-11, where he purchased a mini-cigarette. Walked home. Called his mom. Says it was a scary situation, so he called his mom. He didn't know if the police would come or not. He wanted to talk with his mom before anything. Finally reached her and told her "something's really going down over here" and she came home (from her job).
