Hang on, if it was SO bothersome to have people coming in an out the house, why did no one put a “no trespassing” sign? GM can say that it’s criminal trespass until he’s blue in the face, reality is that it isn’t. Not really a matter of opinion. You’d think GM would know that considering he worked for law enforcement

- Prohibition to enter a premise must be taken seriously. If there are “no trespassing” signs posted on fences, tress, or barb wires of a private property, it is better to avoid or get out of the property.
- Wandering, strolling, and walking around a private property which doesn’t have expressed prohibition to enter it do not amount to trespassing unless the person enters the property with unlawful purpose.
