Back to the Georgia Indictment, continuing on.

Count 1: Violation of Georgia RICO Act
All 19 defendants are charged with this count. There are 161 acts under the count.

Any bolding is by me. Any mistakes are unintentional and due to human error. Original doc linked below.

96. Dec 27, 2020: Mark Meadows (White House Chief of Staff) texted Office of Georgia Secretary of State Chief Investigator, "Is there a way to speed up Fulton County signature verification in order to have results before Jan 6 if the trump [sic] campaign assist [sic] financially."

97. Dec 27, 2020: Trump solicited Acting U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue to make a false statement, "Just say that the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen."

98. Dec 28, 2020: Jeffrey Clark (top Justice Dept official) attempted to commit felony False Statements and Writings in Fulton County, Georgia, by making a false document knowing to contain the false statement that the U.S. Department of Justice had "identified significant concerns that may have impacted the outcome of the election in multiple States, including the State of Georgia." And Jeffrey Clark emailed Acting U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue and requested authorization to send said false document to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Speaker of the Georgia House of Representatives David Ralston, and President Pro Tempore of the Georgia Senate Butch Miller." This was an act of racketeering.

99. Dec 28, 2020: Jeffrey Clark (top Justice Department official) solicited Acting U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue to sign and send a false document that falsely stated the U.S. Department of Justice had "identified significant concerns that may have impacted the outcome of the election in multiple States, including the State of Georgia," to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Speaker of Georgia House of Representatives David Ralston, and President Pro Tempore of Georgia Senate Butch Miller.

The next day in the indictment is Dec 30, which was a big day for lies told and felonies committed so I'll save that for it's own post.

Notes taken from Georgia Indictment, pages 45-46.

What else was going on during these days ^^ (Dec 28-29), to give bigger context to the Georgia situation:

* Representative Gohmert (TX) files a lawsuit against Pence, asking a judge to declare that Pence has the "exclusive authority and sole discretion" to decide which electoral votes are counted. (The judge threw out the lawsuit.)

* In Georgia, Raffensperger announces the Cobb County audit found no fraud.

Here's a comprehensive look at the lawsuits that were brought after the 2020 election as an FYI.

Of all the cases brought, "Only one ruling was initially in Trump's favor: the timing within which first-time Pennsylvania voters must provide proper identification if they wanted to 'cure' their ballots. This ruling affected very few votes, and it was later overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court."

Conclusion, there is no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election and anyone who said there was fraud, lied. And 19 of those liars have been indicted in Georgia, based on evidence.

Another day another Truth Social rant!

On Saturday, August 19, former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to discuss his fourth indictment:

"Highly respected Georgia State Senator Colton Moore deserves the thanks & congratulations of everyone for having the courage & conviction to fight the Radical Left Lunatics who are so badly hurting the Great State of Georgia, & the USA itself. Failed D.A. Fani Willis, who has allowed Atlanta (Fulton County) to become a record setting Murder and Violent Crime War Zone, with almost no retribution, shockingly Indicted your favorite President, me, for a PERFECT PHONE CALL. She is bad for America!" the 77-year-old wrote.

"I easily won the Great State of Georgia in 2016, did a fantastic job, as President, for Georgia and the entire USA, received 10 Million more votes than I got, nationwide, in 2016, got by far the most votes in history for a sitting President, but shockingly, 'LOST' Georgia. All this despite winning nearby Alabama and South Carolina in Record Setting Landslides. Why did Georgia officials agree to, and sign, the one sided Consent Decree? Does anybody really believe I lost Georgia? I DON'T!" the ex-commander-in-chief, who has also been charged federally for his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, penned.

Sir, being shocked you lost Georgia doesn't mean you won.

Trump could be forced to take his first mugshot when he turns himself in for arraignment, a date for which has not yet been set. Although Trump had been indicted three times prior to the latest announcement, other prosecutors have opted to not require a mugshot in those cases.

Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat has indicated that his office would likely take a mugshot of the former president, telling reporters that "it doesn't matter your status" during a press conference earlier this month. This would make Trump the first United States president to ever have a mugshot.

Dude wasn't shocked he lost. He had (criminal) plans in place to take over anyway BECAUSE he knew he had lost.

I seriously doubt Trump cares.

I wonder who would pay Trump's huge legal bills if he wasn't running for president and asking Americans for donations.

So, reports are that DJT is turning himself in either Thursday or Friday, but I'm wondering if he might do it Monday night. The first Republican debate is that night, which he said that he is skipping, so that would take ALL of the attention away from the other candidates and give him ALL of the attention that he thrives on.
There is supposedly an interview thing with Tucker C. that evening, but that wouldn't get nearly enough attention IMO.
Just pondering.

That is good thinking. He could tape the interview with Tucker this weekend and it could still air opposite the debates. When everyone is watching one of those shows, he slips into Fulton County for booking.

By the way, if anyone doubts his selfishness, look at that decision to do the Tucker interview on the night of the debate. Everyone is calling it cowardly (which it is, imo) but it's also selfish and not even a tiny bit supportive of the GOP. It is not clever campaigning, it is selfish behavior. Yet, people think he is "for them." No, he isn't.

Thanks. Good read.

Bunglers breached the vote. Scary and ridiculous at the same time.

Yep. As I understand it, and please anyone correct me if I'm wrong, the Sydney Powell-led crew copied and took the Dominion software. Who knows whose hands it is in now?

So ironically, those who purported to be so concerned about election hacking ended up opening the software up to much more hacking than it was before their theft.

I think it is a much more serious security breach than it has been portrayed in the media.

He is also refusing to sign the pledge to support the eventual nominee.
Didn't he do that last time? A lot has happened since then but I remember him skipping debates.
