He probably recognizes that he won’t have any aha! moments during this trial. His little digs in trying to find the cracks aren’t going anywhere.

I’m really impressed with how well the prosecution prepped today’s witnesses. Ms Robbins was very articulate and explained the Flock Camera System and how search warrants are obtained quite eloquently IMO.

I think jurors appreciate straightforward testimony and clear explanations. JMO

ITA. Probably so! His demeanor seems very off-putting and curt but I guess that's his job since she started off by spewing lies to everyone from the get-go of her interviews.

I was able to listen to parts of the defense opening statement today. I was a little worried about the Judge this morning - seemed a little disorganized. Hopefully it went better as the day went on.

Here for little Quinton, Justice is coming.

I believe LE acted so fast (thank goodness) because of Lelanie's previous criminal record and involvement with CPS. If she thought nobody would raise the alarm so quickly, she thought wrong. Plus, where would a little 1 year old boy at that time of the morning?

These cases are so hard, but Quinton deserves Justice.

Is LS's mother in Court?

OMGEEE, LS trying to act like she is wiping away tears in the very beginning, that aren't even there. Grrrrrrr. Her true emotions came out when the Prosecution stated she was caught in lie after lie after lie. There is anger on her face then.

No tears either when the Prosecutor was talking about little Quinton being found in pieces in the landfill. That is a person truly void of any maternal instinct or emotion. The sight of her makes me nauseous knowing what she did and how she acted during the entire time Quinton was 'missing'.
