Thank you to everyone for all the updates and summaries of the presser (gardener I think?).

I don't know why but it seems worse to me that Sam died at the hands of his "friends". It is the ultimate betrayal. Any murder is, of course, but to be with people you know and to come to such a horrible end just makes it seem sadder.

Maybe because I'm a woman, and have spent so many years following missing persons cases and crimes, but I think there's always a thought in the back of my head to be vigilant because violence is a real possibility. But to be an 18 yr old young man, who, like all young men, are so certain of their immortality, who probably feel safe most of the time, to find out there is evil in this world and the devil is not always a stranger, just seems so much worse.

Some would say it's a toy for ages 8 and upwards. I've heard the other opinion as well.

If you're on to something (as in a motive)-- is there a possibility this was a ritualistic 'sacrifice' ?
People have laughed about that, I know; but to others it's deadly serious. No matter what the rest of us think.

If two girls can stab their friend for "Slenderman" --- certainly Sam P. could've been murdered for some 'friends' who thought they should do this terrible crime in order to "appease" some 'entity' they thought they'd conjured up. Smh.

I'm disgusted at these two so-called friends and I hope they rot in prison for the rest of their natural lives !! Imo.

Okay I'm 99% sure I found dakotas FB and it's VERY disturbing. He was sharing article about Sam, too. I found him by looking on Brandon's friends and he goes by a different name / doesn't have any pictures of himself but someone calls him Dakota in a comment

and I WONDER, was it Sam POSS on Lake Joy Rd walking, remember the mom who called claiming that was her son seen on Lake Joy Rd after someone reported a sighting of him there..........interesting though I wondered about the friend too, the friend picked him up, probably never went to his house on Tucker rd so he lead the investigation and the police just believed this kid? Has he been friends with this kid long? Does anyone know his name, is it one of the two booked on murder over night?

Someone reportedly picked him up from his father's house in a car. They might have really texted him to ask if he could fix Dakota's computer (cell phone evidence indicated Sam left his house around midnight to go fix a friends computer).
I wonder what they said to him to get him to leave his phone home?

I wondered that too!! My line of thnking was tht they just showed up but as these things go, stupid mistakes, thank God he texted him or they'd likely be no trail!!

Punks! This is only an hour from me and I just read about it on AJC. Came here knowing you good people had it covered. RIP Sam. From what little I've read you were a good and kind soul

I thought that too!!! So close to Halloween, perfect timing............Brandon wasn't a close friend but an acquaintence, seems dakota got lured by brandon adn they together lured his buddy, THATS SICK but by looking at the html address of brandons loveeveryone999 or 666?.........the uoiji board and the rotting corpse comment, yeah, he had masks on in his fb profile pic, My very thoughts were ritualistic or just goulish maybe to them, sick either way, you know never sell puppies this time of year iether in case of satanic rituals too...........
