That firearm used in this case...if owned by a family member of these two young men, would that owner be likely to publicly admit that? Would that owner not come forward and admit that yes indeed, the boys took my firearm? Could it be logically argued that the theoretical owner in this scenario would keep that missing firearm a secret?....if so, why would that be?
Or, assuming the firearm is NOT owned by a family member, would the family not be likely to acknowledge that publicly? Would a family member not come forth and say HEY wait a minute, where'd they get a gun? We don't own any guns?
You see, that gun either IS, or is NOT a firearm owned by a family member. So, if it was a murder/suicide, then the gun was either taken from the family member, or the gun was acquired in some other way.
If it were murder, then the gun wasn't the boy's at all, unless they had it in their possession and someone used it against them in the crime.
The gun. That's where I'm at with this thing. Either the family says nothing (which to me is the case here), they say HEY, the boys stole it from a family member, or, we own no guns, or have no missing guns.
Why's everybody involved in this, police, family, etc....mum on the gun?
