This kind of journalism is embarrassing. I can understand the people who live there fearing but running through the woods for some photos of beer cans or shoes… well the two ladies who say they are his helpers… if this is true I always find people creepy who defend and help convicted rapists and p…s. But the whole kind of journalism let me doubt if this is all true.
I fear that this special journalist has lost his teeth but to be honest… CB has an ankle cuff and is observed . We don’t need this ridiculous journalism.
But.. on social media there is a lot of compassion for him how can someone ask him this question but no one cares that the Mccanns where asked exactly the same : “ did you kill your daughter?
They were haunted by the media and doorstepped but hey doesn’t matter the poor poor p……o is now the victim.

CB is no different from the McCanns in respect of that he enjoys the presumption of innocence.Go back to 2017 the bbc panorama 10th anniversary docu had Bilton sticking his hairy mike under the nose of a one time arguido who had learning difficulties really top notch journalism after the sensational.
What is it with the case? the hard to explain of just how was MM spirited out of 5a with out trace? by the hand of a stranger?

Being a convict in totally separated cases shouldn't come into it, it's about the alleged link where after the German BKA convince the world ( but not a court) that CB did for MM and the clammer for that elusive exclusive where the Sun reporter or any other is going to get CB to talk to them, the German prosecution can't even do that.

No mention of any appeal by the germans, no mention of any new date for allegedly insulting a prison employee.

The appeal is taking an awful long time and tbh if he is going to be allowed to move abroad I assume they are not expecting the appeal to be successful.

Somethings are worth a revisit to see how wrong commentators were, quick resolution in the appeal or trial of CB in relation to MM, neither of which have happened.

Difficult one to call as we don’t have the full transcript of the October 2024 acquittal trial . Fortunately HeB’s statement in 2017/18 instigated a cold case revue in the Algarve which in turn led to a conviction of home invasion, r and torture. Hopefully we will hear some definitive news soon as it has been 14 months , I’m unsure if the ECHR are waiting on a decision in Germany before they announce their own decision.
