NOT GUILTY Germany/Portugal - Christian Brueckner, 27 @ time of 1st crime (2004), charged with sexual assault crimes, Praia de Rocha, Portugal. #6

Stranger abduction was always the only plausible scenario. Therefore it comes as no surprise that a stranger is the sole prime suspect. That’s why many sleuth (on this CB websleuths page) about CB being that stranger abductor.

Going around in circles about the PJ files & these claims about no abduction are things for conspiracy gossip clubs. Obviously they don’t hold water with the 3 LEA’s investigating CB & that’s why I’m glad the PJ apologised to the McCann’s. It’s one of the reasons I was …‘surprised’…. that it popped up in the rhetoric shortly after the sky news headline.
OK, so no actual evidence of abduction , merely a plausible scenario.

Nothing in the German press that I can see concerning the latest, unusual for the BZ to be totally uninterested.

As I said, it comes as no surprise to me that the sole prime suspect is a stranger. Because after all, stranger abduction was always the only plausible scenario . Like it or not, there are threads online for both ends of this polarising case & varying levels of intellect behind them. I wouldn’t recommend CB sleuthers to go into the conspiracy clubs & try to curtail the gossip. Because they’ll only be met with reasoning completely alien to them. A simple alien language but reasoning from a Galaxy far far away.

It will need some sound evidence, not just plausible scenario if its to stand any chance of success in court.

If it is 'nonsense' why do you suppose CB's lawyer is going into such detail about his options.
Lawyer thinks he should go somewhere where he can’t be extradited to Germany or the Uk.

Hmm…. Why would be need to? (Wink & a nod)

Will go more in DM - ergo shuts antrosht

I'll refer you to your previous replies concerning news articles.
to be honest I think Skys article said more than enough. We didn't need to see any context. Some things have been obvious for ages now.

Could be to remove the possibility of BKA setting him up with any more spurious charges

You never said a truer word.
But one thing which is quite extraordinary is the way in which CB's lawyer has indicated ways in which his client could be enabled to escape future justice.

One was particularly intrigued by the suggestion that facial reconstruction is one 'out' mentioned. Very interesting.

He has played that hand before. It didn't work then. One doubts if it would be any more successful now.
  • In a letter, CB accuses German investigators of manipulating an image of him to give him more prominent teeth By NICK PISA IN FARO FOR MAILONLINE Published: 13:09, 6 May 2022 German police also suspect him of a string of sex attacks in Portugal from where the British toddler disappeared in May 2007 and among them is an attack on a 10-year-old German girl on a beach just a month before. The victim in that attack, in April 2007, said that the attacker had 'prominent, rabbit-like teeth'.

Thankyou.
But all done and dusted. CB's lawyer has raised yet another talking point, discussed before but quite relevant to current events.
Although sometimes it is difficult to decide when players are being serious or just indulging in a wind up.
Snip
Speaking to the Mirror one of CB's lawyers, PM, said: 'Sometimes he wants to stay here in Germany, sometimes he wants to leave Europe.

'If I were him I would leave Europe and look for a state which doesn't extradite to Europe or Great Britain, maybe like Suriname.'

CB, who speaks English and Portuguese, as well as his native German, has also mentioned changing the way he looks due to his concerns he may be recognised by the public, Mr M says.

I’ll allow myself to sleuth about CB on a websleuths page designed for people to sleuth about CB. Part of your post makes sense. It’s not an idea that you guys will relish, but it is possible they’ll have or will have evidence of some minor offences that they could run with. With the goal of putting some more time on his tariff.

Highly likely there are many more crimes imo.

I would agree with that, though there may not be sufficient evidence to prosecute, or the offence may be too minor to bother with

I made the comment the other day that for some - CB being removed from the equation is desired so that old business can resume.

Any chance you might grow up and leave all that illogical and biased idiocy back in 2024?

Everyone following this case/thread were holding out and hoping desperately for a charge against CB and a trial, completely contrary to your above claim. So we get to move forward productively, so we get to hear/know the evidence that exists that has convinced the BKA that CB is guilty of MM's abduction and murder. And put this case against CB to bed, one way or the other.

How hard is it for you to grasp that CB being removed from the equation is the last thing anyone who cares about this case wants?
