Do you think that if they have a picture people will claim it was had been doctored?

Easily by the defence which FF seems pretty adapt at.If such a thing exists that's been cast into doubt as evidence already.

“We are currently awaiting the decision of the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe regarding the cases heard last year. However, that will certainly take a few more months.”

The Independent say have communicated with HCW , and some more time to go regarding appeal of recent cases ( and charges not imminent regarding MM )

Yeah. Agree it’s nonsense. Plenty of time until his release date & prosecutors being regularly involved with witnesses is standard

Throwing this out there -- perhaps the previous trials were a litmus test for the next one. Because of the issue over the evidence found buried with the dog. Iiuc. Warrant issue.

So, perhaps the greatest piece of evidence, while possibly confirming his involvement in her death, it's largely inadmissible.

That would explain what we're seeing. "Proof" but no way strong way to charge/convict.

I don't for a second think evidence is fabricated/doctored or that he's being scapecoated.

I think any prosecution is hamstrung. Due to the way evidence was recovered.

With all of his crimes, he takes counter measures, to limit DNA transfer, avoid capture, etc.

While it might leave him with a NG verdict, it doesn't mean he's innocent.

.The following is at total odds to the Germans and has been since they claimed MM is dead.

Snipped.

Scotland Yard still considers the case a missing person inquiry, because there was no “definitive evidence whether Madeleine is alive or dead”.

I 100% agree. We have been told all three countries agree but this does not indicate that.

Great point. Some type of technicality that was accepted in the previous trial - evidence found at box factory being deemed inadmissible. It’s gut wrenching for truth seekers when actual evidence can’t be used.

I think many people will be preempting photographic evidence, that’s why we’ve started to hear things akin to adapted, manipulated, didn’t happen unless judge says so, etc. It’s about constructing a counter narrative & this happens more when a (shoddy) report about possible case progression comes out. Or when proceedings in motion. For example - the character assassinations of Hazel have stopped since CB became in the clear. If the request to appeal is granted the same sort of things said about Hazel will start popping up again.

If they find forensics & link CB, I have no doubt there’d be similar phrases suggesting of a LEA/prosecutorial interference to create evidence. Evidence that happens contradict a theory…

It is in most of the tabloids today
Well we all know he did it.... Pretty sure the prosecutors just dont have enough on him this case might as well be seen as Historic now

Do we? thats a matter of opinion. Not just that HCW said they had concrete evidence on him five years ago so what has changed?

Nothing much just taking their time trying to build the case to its grand finale

taking their time? five years?? Sorry but even mass murder cases do not take this long to get in court and apart from that it has been obvious a while now that HCW seems to be hesitating as to if there will be a trial. To say they have concrete evidence...to him maybe be letting out soon and not charged...is just crazy after all we have heard from him.

They said they had physical evidence but not forensic... probably a photo found on his drive... Or a conversation where he admits it but could easily say he was lying..
I dont think it will be enough without the forensic to back it up

Especially if they get that corrupt judge again

a conversation is not concrete evidence.
