Well if its on a drive they could say its physical evidence
if it was legally obtained maybe which could be an issue. Who knows?

Is there any proof that she was corrupt
Well everything of course requires the proof nowadays but the fact she let him off for masturbating in front of children on a park.. men dont squat down under slides to urinate on busy parks... The fact a child had to stand there demonstrating masturbation is a bit hmm

tbh after following the trial closely I always thought he would be found not guilty for several reasons. The journalists did also.

I thought hed get away with most except the playground incident plenty of witnesses to it at the time even police involvement and a traumatized child that can demonstrate masturbation... It would be a no brainer for me and if it was a jury am pretty sure they would have to accept the childs testomony... Kids dont lie about that sort of stuff... He had a history.. he was guilty

yeah well the Judges disagreed and a lot of journalists also thought he would be found not guilty. It was obvious to me whilst following what was going to happen. For me the case was a shambles. It is that simple

Definitely not enough evidence on most charges but the playground I disagree... Each case should have been seperate not all bundled together as it was.. plus I think the judge had a bit of a thing for FF

The judge could only go by the truth. The fact she even had to tell the cop that she is supposed to tell the truth was baffling. I agree they should have been separate. Maybe things would have been different. Maybe they would not have.

which one lieing are you even talking about considering most of them did? btw when a witness says that he hasnt spoken to someone in years and then is found to have spoken to him several times the day before...I agree it isnt lieing. It is perjury!

Following on from THAT if he could not remember anything he should NOT have been a witness!

Not just that why did the prosecution not call witnesses out for changing their stories?

He was all they had got... They tried their best...😉

Then that is scary imo. You do not put a witness on the stand if he isnt going to stand up to questioning. This is actually a huge problem for me. They seem desperate to convict him whether they have credible proof or not.

I'm not surprised hes a rapist and a pedophile.. am sure the police dont just go off hunches... The problem is all these cases including MM are very old.. it makes it difficult as forensic proof is pretty much out the question but some poor officer had to trawl through those USB drives of pure evil abuse and who knows what gore was on there.... But they didn't legally obtain them... What a stupid rule..
Hes a pedophile and convicted rapist he shouldn't have any rights.

Cops have to obey rules just like we do. Why do they have issues with collecting evidence properly? It isnt even about the usb sticks at the box factory. It is about the hard drive. Yes hes a paedophile but still the cops should do their jobs properly..and that includes calling out witnesses...having cops that arent less than honest etc. It is a mess and already after being accused for five years and no charges his lawyer is talking about sueing HCW.

Honestly? I have never seen behaviour by someone such as HCW before. He has spent five years saying he has concrete evidence and will be charging him this year or the next or the next or...sure it gives him a lot of interviews but it isnt about that.

Yes. When it comes to the park incident , I believe the children not the paedophile.

Agree. Abduction was always the only plausible scenario. Therefore stranger abduction isn’t a surprise. However one wishes that stranger wasn’t a convicted burglar, rapist & child molester. CB really is a monster.

In the gossip clubs there are a lot of wildly unbalanced grudges against HCW. People are taking it personally.

it’s not just been HCW, there have been countless other. Be that an author, a vicar, the leader of a child exploitation service & so on. the reason is because all of those, including HCW, have 1 thing in common.

Troublingly, but not at all unexpected. This has extended to other victims. For example I’ve seen childish & senseless claims about Hazel, a victim of a rape. Again she has that same thing in common with the above. If her request to appeal is accepted, we’ll see that noise pop up again.

It’s easy to distinguish between somebody rational & somebody trying to get a rise. The shtick is sometimes worth a read, but I’m glad we have our DM group where sleuthing about CB isn’t peppered with attempts to curtail it.
