Rebecca (15) vermisst: Staatsanwalt will Haftbefehl gegen Schwager
Exactly two weeks ago Rebecca Reusch (15) disappeared under mysterious circumstances from the house of her sister Jessica (27) and her brother-in-law in Berlin-Neukölln. Since February 18, the student from Britz lacks any sign of life. With each passing day, the hope of finding her alive disappears. And the horrible suspicion that just her brother in law could have to do with her disappearance.
Berlin - Rebecca's brother-in-law, Florian R. (27), was arrested on Thursday and investigators ransacked his home. But then he was released again - no arrest warrant.
Now the turning point: As BILD learned from legal circles, the investigating prosecutor wants to appeal against the judicial decision of Friday, not to issue a warrant against hotel chef Florian R.
The 15-year-old's brother-in-law had been arrested on account of "unresolved contradictions between his statements and the latest findings", the police said after the visit.
Apparently, however, no evidence could be found during the search, which transferred the brother-in-law directly. The evaluation of the found objects and traces will take several days, according to prosecutors.
The police are meanwhile in any case from a homicidal offense. And for the investigating prosecutor Florian R. is still urgently suspects, should therefore come into custody. When the complaint should be filed, but so far was not yet clear.
