I'm not judging him. I think we all should do what we're comfortable with within reason. Just curious about his thoughts and why he felt it was so important.
But in the scheme of things it really doesn't matter. IMO
ETA and hope he will be okay with the attention that came his way as a result of his action.
He said he didn't think that school was the place for politics, so, he chose to sit both options out. The whole thing got confused, after the other kid posted the citation. His father said some folks thought his son got suspended for walking out. They then thought his father was involved, behind the son, getting suspended for walking out, so, he began getting angry comments, and phone calls, which included death threats. The father has even considered having to change his phone number if it doesn't die down.[FONT=arial, sans-serif] These folks sending death threats to any of the kids or their families should be tracked down and hauled to court.
