Pointhunter, was there anything else at the remain's site that would connect someone else. Do you know if LE has brought in specialist to determine if remains had been there the entire time. In the caylee case, they used bug and plant growth specialist

I am bringing this post back up (it was in page 7 of thread) because what if this was motive? Now that it has been confirmed that the remains are Hailey I figure why not bring it up again.

I can acknowledge the potential reality, it's just so too tragic to go there. Trusting these things will come out in time, if need be.

I can not or will not talk about evidence that LE has not already talked about. I just knew it was Haiely from the skull looking like that of a young female and the blue sweat pants. The area was familiar to SA, he grew up very close to the lake.

Maybe what you stated has more meaning than you realize.....

when SA returned home unexpectedly, she took off for destinations unknown.

Maybe Hailey questioned SA and found out he quit his job and was going to tell her mom...

SA was having a really emotional day....didn't want to hear her snippy comments....and things escalated...

There is a reason why Haileys brother couldn't get in the home that day.

If all the witness reporting see Hailey is true that day something could have started at this time....

The problem with that is BD knew SA no longer worked at his job, what she didn't know is why. So, him coming home early and finding HD would not have changed that.

Also, while HD would not have been expecting SA to return home early, SA would have had reasonable expectation of finding HD and/or DD there, so he obviously wasn't trying to hide the fact he no longer had a job.

As for DD arriving home to a locked door and breaking in to gain entry. People have said that the house normally isn't locked, but I don't believe that. These are people who live in a run down blue collar environment, and most of the characters involved appear to be part of the drug culture. Would people like that really leave their house unlocked when they weren't there?

And if you did arrive home to a locked property you shared with family, would your reaction be to cause property damage and break in to gain entry?

To me these seem unreasonable behaviours, so I question the accuracy of those reports.

The questions I had for you were related to the Lake itself and the general area her remains were discovered in. But there is another thread where that discussion takes place.

I know nothing about this, but evidently the X Box takes intermittent pictures of the player. LE seized the X Box in one of the searches of the home. It is also said that there were pornographic movies of Shawn, Billie and another woman stored on it.

I know when SA claims to have last seen Hailey. But as he is my main POI, I am loath to take his word on that. Anyone know when the last time Hailey was seen by her mother? And additionally, since her mother has made some very poor decisions IMO I would also like to know when anyone OTHER than BJ or SA saw Hailey.

A neighbor reportedly sees Hailey talking on the phone in her backyard around noon.
Nearly a dozen call were made from Adkins' phone in the Big Spring area from 9:38 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. (area of SA mom's home)
Adkins tells authorities comes home at 3 p.m.
Hailey tells him at 3:15 p.m. that she is going to her dad's, then to MB's for a sleepover, but neither Clint nor MB see or hear from her.

That is what the timeline says, but he would have had to arrive home much later than 3PM, since he was still in Big Spring 20 minutes earlier. It takes longer than that to drive that distance. A more likely time for him arriving home would be sometime between 3.15 and 3.30.

But, since arriving home would have been unremarkable at the time, his estimate is probably not very accurate.

So, if HD left after about 15 minutes, that would place her departure in the 3.30 - 3.45 PM time range.

"bingbing!!" I remember the BD/SA/AW pics stored in the X Box, yet was unaware that the device automatically takes pictures of the player - so Thanks for allowing my puzzle piece questions to fall into place!

Very interested to learn about those Hailey pictures from that night, especially realizing that they were most likely secured by LE. What she was wearing WILL be key to timeline / what SA reported she was wearing (on Monday).

Not as far as I am aware. I think those claims stemmed from rumours reported later, and didn't come from LE.

How long had DD had the X-box? I was under the impression he got it for Christmas. Did he have it longer than that?

First of all, can I just say thank you pointhunter? So many have been looking for Hailey and trying to figure out what happened for so long. I am so glad you were there to find her and bring at least that much closure to her loved ones.

I just recently came to WS, but I have had a theory from the beginning as well, but it differs some. I'm not sure when Hailey died, but I believe he had her body in the car when he went to work. At that time, he was still in a panic and not sure what his plans were. He went inside, started freaking out, left and headed to his grandmothers. On the way there he decided on a whim to turn down a backroad that he was familar with and disposed of the body in a desolate area where animals would quickly scavenge it.

That is my theory and only my opinion.

I agree this could be a very good possibility, but IIRC his phone pinged inside the CC city limits about 6:30 AM. Why did he go back to CC?

Pointhunter, I would also like to express at this time my gratitude for your finding Hailey. Also, thank you to all the searchers who continued to hope, look, and long for this child over the last 28 months. You are all amazing and I thank God for each one of you. This WS team is also to be applauded for their continued search for the truth and justice for Hailey!

Unless the destination she was going to already had clothing items stored there.

It is pretty clear that these kids were not well supervised and come and go as they see fit, so having clothing/personal items stashed at other locations they spent a lot of time at would not be unreasonable.

off to locate what new thread discussion of SA cell phone pings where taking place and when. I tend to think the neighbor who saw Hailey at noon in her backyard may be confusing days. I don't know why I am so hung up on the SA quitting that morning thing, but something tells me whatever was happening in regards to Hailey's disappearance was going on much earlier in the day and is directly related to that quitting of the job.

The neighbor who saw her in the backyard claimed she was using the phone at the time, and it turns out that at approximately that time someone did use the phone to send a text message.

One can't exclude the possibility that he got the days mixed up, but there is a correlation which provides an element of corroboration to his story.

We don't know anything about the call history on that phone that day, other than the text message to the friend. LE have not really said anything about it, other than they were investigating the text. The information we have about the text message comes from BD and from the recipient's mother.
