This is very smart and something I didn’t think of. An innocent person would certainly be distraught & wondering what the hell was going on. Thanks for your post!I believe if I were being hauled off from my parents' home in the dead of night by LE out of the clear blue and I had done nothing wrong, I would say things like, "Whaaaat?!?!?" "What is this about?" "What's going on?" "I haven't done anything!" "You've got the wrong person!"
I might even say that same stuff if I were guilty. Lots of people do.
What I wouldn't say is something like (allegedly), "Has anyone else been taken into custody?"
What that sounds like to my prejudiced ear is 'Yeah, I did it, I participated, I sure did, but I want you to think, true or not, that I might not be the only one involved. I'm casual; I'm cool. What else you guys got?'
BK didn't scream you've got the wrong person; he asked do you have all the right people (including me)? At least that's how I hear it, but, again, my ear is not objective.
BK may have an enviable IQ but that doesn't mean he can't also be a dodo head at the same time. Or maybe that was a good thing to say strategy-wise, and I just need help to understand why.
However, to me, it appeared he wasn't all that invested in being seen as innocent, and his question came off a bit like an unintentional confession.
She didn’t. Someone posted it in her comments. It’s definitely poorly photoshopped. Why would Angenette Levy, the Host and correspondent of LawCrimeNetwork, post a photoshopped photo of BK in her Twitter feed? I don't buy it.
He might have no idea that Idaho has no insanity defense? It’s not a common situation with the states, I believe, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he hadn’t thought through what he’d do if he were caught. No Google in jail!
(On a regular basis I see people assuming that whatever the law is in their home state, is true everywhere.) Not sure what PA has.
I’ve got bad news for you…If the below news story is correct, I am coming down strongly on the side of "guilty"

'I cut them, I'll cut you': Idaho 'killer' shows genitals in jail rant
Inmate Valerie Cipollina, 50, tells DailyMail.com that Kohberger tried to expose himself to her while she was in a cell close to him at the Monroe County Jail.www.dailymail.co.uk
There is mental illness, but it does not count in criminality.Thankfully there is no mental illness in Idaho. Or, at least they can restore those who are.
Here's one mentioning the bankruptcies.A number of the articles that have been linked here explain two bankruptcies...
Link? I didn’t think it sounded accurate based on BK’s lawyer’s comments, but that’s kind of crazy to lie and put your face in the media like that! The story has been debunked.
please provide a linkThe story has been debunked.

WOW!
He doesn't seem to act very sanely, but they may be part of an act to get an INSANITY PLEA.
^^bbmIn my opinion that is not blood "oozing through the walls" of the house. Blood spilled inside a house can no more ooze to the outside of a house than can a kitchen spill seep through the walls of a house. It just doesn't happen--too many barriers. IMO
We’ve come full circle. Please, not the blood oozing through the walls again!
I also wondered if it would be unethical for Ramsland to produce a book on a former student & profit from itI wonder if that is BK's goal? JMHO
(Deleted for brevity)
Somone posted earlier that the woman in this *interview* was actually describing ANOTHER prisoner in the jail at the time...not BK.WOW!

Jails have psychiatrists and they usually make available what’s needed to calm. He might be refusing.I was referring to the two recent reports of BK’s behavior. Only mentioned my child was in rehab to establish that I have experience dealing with a child/ adult who has chronic addiction issues. It’s a hell no loving parent wants to go through. I’m sure he was searched when he was arrested. Going off an addictive substance cold turkey with no medical intervention would produce the same progression of behavior being reported about BK. (Also, with a history of addiction, relapse is very common) MOO
I too am surprised to hear that genealogy DNA databases are used as soon as a crime has been committed. Until now, I've only heard of using that data in cold cases.
Makes sense to use it right away ... why wait for the case to be cold?
This makes a difference for everyone who has submitted their DNA to databanks for reasons of curiosity. From now on, their descendants are traceable ... and it's one more crime prevention tool.
but my statement stands...... i think people will talk....whether truth or 15 minutes of fame. The story has been debunked already.
I don't do not get why there is this recurring thought that something must have been put in the air to debilitate or drug the victims. Where is any evidence for this? And why is it a needed factor in explaining these murders?
